I thought twisting the wrist joint was illegal to do in wrestling . or is it one of those gray area's , because the move doesn't seem particularly overly dangerous and it gives you control over there positioning. I really never did any freestyle or high school wrestling so I'm not quite sure of all the rules. I have done sum bjj and judo , and this seems like a fairly effective escape from that down position. anyway thanks for the video really liked the technique.

The problem with hooking the leg at 59 seconds...is that in order to hook the leg...the adversary needs to be mentally retarded to pull it off. I mean...who is that stupid as to not know that all you need to do is straighten your leg?
