Good visual of the 325. Just swapped in a B&S OHV and looks like the PTO will fit, though I disassembled my 240 to haul in the back of my Prius in one trip (minus electrical, hood, engine and deck) and still have to sort through all the parts to see what's there or not. Looks like everything is present needed from the looks of this video. I wasn't sure if there is a center insert that extends the crankshaft or not or only the washer and bolt. Next I'll check Weingartz for diagrams since I think they're about the only ones who have online for the 240 and related.
RJ - thanks for making this video, very helpful. I believe my PTO clutch has gone bad too on my JD 325 and I also got an Xtreme replacement clutch. When I took the original clutch off there was no collar ring on it, but the new one in your video had one which I believe you used. I am trying to figure out if I'll need to use it or not since the original did NOT have it. Did you ever confirm if your original clutch had that ring collar? Also, what symptom(s) did your clutch have when it went bad? Thanks!
@GandD Totsline I don't know squat about these, but I have thrashed two and a half primary belts in the first 30 mins of operating the tractor under my ownership. Not sure if the PTO is the culprit or other issues. What symptoms did you have with yours?
Hey RJ, I'm trying to do this on a 2015 Gen coupe, the camera I got has an RCA connection. Did you cut the actual RCA end off and splice the positive and negative into those two wires, because I don't see anywhere the RCA can plug into from the camera

Off the top of my head, I don't remember which colors on the camera I sent, but I wired in the camera power cable to my reverse light, which triggers the camera on anytime the light is. At that point, once it has power, the camera I got had cables to run up to the head unit. Pulling the unit out was a mess, and cramped running the wires how I wanted, but it works
hey so did you only buy the camera or did you also buy the screen for the dash? I'm trying to do it in my 2015 ultimate and I'm trying to get as much intel I can for me to do it, was there any system installs or anything?
RJ Got a 2016 ultimate w Navi upon inspection we do not see the green video or the pale yellow video ground. We see the two blacks come in but it doesn’t look like a loop. Can i communicate with you somehow outside of this forum? Tmarks710@gmail.com

Crosstown Copeland look at the description, the pictures he added, theres three cables, cut the black one (labeled disable). Then connect the video feed of the camera two the other two (according to the pictures) i used a Chinese reverse cam the one with four LEDs, and powered it through the reverse light.
I removed the plug from the bottom, added a 1/4 npt nipple and ran a line down and out of the bottom of the engine bay. I used a drain valve on the bottom end for easy emptying.
How can you describe the improvement in "D" mode? I`m not really interested in removing the auto upshifting in manual mode. I want to get a bit faster and more agil in "D". Would it help me? What could you recommend?
Kairi V are you going to the #bloodtyperacing event in NC? I'm at 304whp which isn't bad for basic bolt-ons. Another guy got more with identical mods so you may get different results as well. You can get another 8-ish% more if you have the transmission rebuilt by Level 10. I really want to have that done some day when I can live without my car for a couple of weeks.
