I just got a 2006 rm85, traded a riding mower for it 💪 I normally, always, ride my '85 ATC 250R, and I also normally crash dirtbikes cause they're like, really tall and im like, 5' 7" and can't touch the ground hahaha Always stuck to 3 wheelers. Feel like i stand a chance on this 85 tho hahaha Anyone know if i can swap the wheels for the big wheels? Or does the 85L have a different swing arm?
Damn the main reason I hate hill climbs is the coming down. I wonder if I finally found a positive thing about the sherco not being able to bump start unless you tap the starter button to awaken the electrical system

@@JordanFrayn ya, same here. Most rides are woodsy 30-40 mi. Got the d100 next weekend trying to figure if I need to carry fuel bottle. If it was you...would you figure the bikes could do 50 mi easily? 😆

@Jordan Frayn I have a question about refueling during a race. Is it allowed? I don't think I'll make a 2 hour race without fueling. My bike is a KTM 350 SX-F and if I'm on it, it really eats fuel. Just wondering if I need to get a bigger tank
I didn’t need to but I also rode pretty slow and lugged my bike around. If your a fast rider who rides at a high rpm you probably will need to atleast 1 time

@@stanbarry Listen, I don't know how I can phrase this in a way you can understand. Clearly you're indtimidated by my dedication to the sport. If you're not first you're last. The crew there was awfully nice, took out that rooty "the sandman" garbage and put in a solid trail section with whoops. It might not be ready yet but they're working tirelessly to get this thing finished for me and the other #450boys. It's about time. Now we're able to quickly get to the real prime riding, the powerline road. I'm talking 5th, maybe 6th gear PINNED. Do you know what that's like? Didn't think so...
