@@TheRaff113 got it in track with street throttle response and either slip on 2or 3 since that video I’ve been out and feel I’ve got it all where I want it it’s just a matter of me getting it that bit higher but it’s coming along fast 😎👌
@@TheRaff113 so get it in track mode when you standing still make sure anti wheelie mode is turned to off then bottom right corner of dash move the arrows down on your left handlebar until slip on dash says 2 or 3 then put your throttle response setting to street when learning and remember everytime you turn bike off you need to make sure that is all on again
one piece of advice that i have from my journey learning how to wheelie my 790 is you may try lowering your traction control setting a tad. especially when it comes to power wheelies, mine does not like anything over 4. it fights it hard... but you put it on 3 and its like the bike just understands all of a sudden and does what you want it to do. i typically keep mine on 1, but anywhere between 1 and 4 feels much better. its like 5 kicks in that extra bit of wheelie control. another tip that i've gathered for 2nd gear clutch wheelies is get rolling at 25mph and give it a good 2k rpm clutch pop and the front comes right up. once you get a good feel for the throttle control and gauging the height of the front wheel you can easily get it up high and keep it up. the quick shifter is also pretty handy for me as im still having to chase them out after about 5/6 seconds. good luck on your journey to dank nooners 🤘i'll be following along for sure.
ive not been able to successfully power wheelie in second. either i weigh too much or i havent figured out the trick to it yet. i can only power wheelie in 1st.
@@moorewa7 Thankyou Brother 👊🏻😎 I always have the slip in 3 so that should be fine it’s just a matter of me taking it that step higher now and feeding that back break on and off as and when. The power wheelie in second if I roll off and roll right on she comes up well it’s just I’ve not got the feel yet of the balance point so she’s coming back down. But it’s coming for sure no joke all in all I’ve literally had about 30 solid minutes of and down so it’s an only a matter of time now and I’ll have it. Appreciate the advice and thanks for showing support ❤️
@@Bikelifers69 the duke has good engine breaking and if youve practised rear brake you should be fine the main thing is that rear brake if you dont have that wouldnt even try lift it it an annoyingly slow process 😂😂
@@illusion1361 will the collar one not get mad wind noise ? Cause ideally what I was thinking is the one in lid for speaking and one wireless maybe in the rear seat cowel away from the wind
