Once its in VR, the kneeboard cant really be moved around correct? Is there a way to toggle it on and off? I guess you can resize but you gotta go back to 2D and change parameters in the 2d app (at least with crystal + openxr)
Thanks for this. I've been thinking about getting Tobii for flight and other sims but wasn't sure does it work with Nuclear option. One question though, do you only need "FaceTrackNoIR" software? I guess both of those screenshots are from the same software but from different menus of that software?
I downloaded and its working on my desktop in Google. But not in game on my knee board. Any help or guidance you can give here? Also tried sending the link to my tablet but it keeps saying not connected missing hook. Thanks
I was trying to use this UEVR injector with my Pimax Crystal Light to play some Dead Island 2 in VR Mode. But, I can not get it to work properly. 😢 Do you mind sharing what settings you have used on your UEVR in order to get it working...? 😊
Not sure bout that game. It varies from game to game. Visit the Flat2VR Discord that I link to in the description. There should be a section dedicated to the game in question. If there is no section- that means the game isnt supported. Must be a UE4/UE5 game. Looking at the discord, I dont see Dead Island 2 listed as a compatible game
@Sandboxcode OH Yeah, just type it in the search bar on here, and you'll see videos of people playing it. But, mainly people using Quest 3. I wanted to get it working on my Pimax Crystal Light. I had to install that OpenXR program to get UEVR to work with my Pimax Crystal Light playing that game. Nobody wants to die. Which is absolutely amazing. I have a Quest 3 and Quest Pro. I might just have to use them in order to play it. But, I wanted to get the best visuals while playing.
SICK! Thank you for this!! This is going to be a life saver for VR as the in game map is a nightmare Also a hassle trying to fly and deal with it at the same time.
DLAA On, DLSS Off = awesomeness in DCS! I don't think DLSS is appropriate for DCS because it causes "crawling" and blurriness. Blurring an image is a cheap way to cover up various problems but it also screws up one of the best things about DCS, which is the graphics engine's ability to render in very high detail right out to the horizon. If you enable DLSS though, the performance increase is incredible!
I played around with this last night for a few hours and have it working both via the VB and OKB. It's really useful in VR, especially OKB integration, and being able to access the many available layers is really cool. I wish the team much success with this tool and hope that the bugs get worked out. The interface and features look refined and promising, but in my case neither viewing method was very stable. Best of luck. Will follow on Discord.
@@Sandboxcode Thanks, following the # general discussion. It seems that you need to alt-tab to bring either the VB or OKB to focus for the mouse manipulation to work. The incoming features look good.
I keep thinking bout this and I would love to. Problem is I am reusing some slides from Chuck's PDF guides. Thank you for asking I will try to figure out something
Thanks for that Video, but I still don't know how to actually get the PDF into openkneeboard to show up. You somehow haven't said anything about it, I watched the Video 2 times but still don't know how to do that. Where do I have to place the PDF? Thanks
In OpenKneeboard, go to Settings > Tabs > Add a tab > file (select a file) or folder (select a folder with a number of files). It will show up in your list of tabs in the left column. You don't have to put the file anywhere, because OpenKneeboard lets you chose a file from anywhere on your computer.
