Good morning, Daisy. Having a walk on a public footpath near the old church of Kenn, quiet and smelling country air beautiful. Came out here to look at the church only fime this great walk over the hills and valleys. Unlike you only had a pork pie and apples. Good relaxing video while I sit and eat, keep up the good work. i love this!! your videos are so lovely 🫶 i have recently made a list of things i want to do to push myself out of my comfort zone. I find it really difficult to do things alone especially!! it’s comforting seeing someone else do things that push them out their comfort zone!
Thank you lovely. Yes it can be tricky! I find the more time you spend alone though it becomes addictive and very peaceful. One thing at a time, be kind to yourself 🫶🫶
@@DaisyK8 Delightful !! I will be arriving soon in Australia to explore. Enjoy your trip, travel safe, give me new updates and new topics, i am a social media marketer & blogger.
@@DaisyK8 I researched your videos and found some problem. Your video title, description, tags are not used. Your video SEO is not done. Because of this, your video views are low. Do you know about video SEO?
9:09 Hi! First off I really enjoy watching your videos!! 🫶 After graduating this year I want to visit Australia as well but I’m not sure to go just as a visit/backpacking or with a HWV.. is it that you have to make a total of working hours to compensate the visa or is it just up to you how many hours work you do? Online I found different things also saying that you have to work on a farm/doing work for the country etc .. And how do you combine working and travelling/going on adventure? Do you just work and travel and then find other places to work else where? Have fun!! :)
*I'm just still trying to find a way to earn income over there, if I'm leaving my country I'm leaving my job but i just can't find a way to make income so when i get there I'd survive, if you have any ideas please let me know, I'm leaving forever not just for a while, I'm planning to relocate but my problem is how will i make income when i get there*
Hi Daisy. Forgive me if im wrong but you never appear to be happy in any of your vids . Such a shame you havnt seemed to have settled in here yet. I hope you can finally relax and enjoy your once in a life time adventure :) Are you planning on visiting Sydney ? What are you interests , i can perhaps offer some advice on what to do and see here on a budget..or even without a budget lol . Looking forward to more of your content.
Thank you that is very kind. I battle with my mental health a bit which I don’t like to hide in my videos. This is a hugeee change for me and completely out of my comfort zone. I’m honestly not as sad as I make out hahaha. Think it’s important to show not just the highlights !! I am visiting Sydney, in March time after my trip to NZ. I LOVEEEE the outdoors, hikes, sports beaches etc. I’m very open to any suggestions you have. Thank you for the support 🫶
Yes, I was worried about the unhappiness and negativity as well, especially at the age of nineteen. Glad to know it isn’t as bad as it appears. It’s a bit sad as we all hope our teenage years will be carefree and fun.
It is very fun !! As I stated I just try to show all sides as I think it’s important. maybe I focus too much on the negative in these videos?? Thank you for the concern 🫶🫶
Hey, happy to see you moving out your comfort zone. Im in a similar bout as i watch this video and was wondering what visa path youre taking? And if youre, i assume, having a way into permanent residency?😅
Helloooo. So I’m actually just on a working holiday visa, subclass 417. I’m actually returning to the uk in September for university just on a gap year for now. Maybe in the future I’ll come back… but no plans to just yet- hope that helps
In Aus, If you are a backpacker and have a working visa, be careful of being sent out to the middle of nowhere like the Outback where the publican needs workers behind the bars, some like the isolation and the life style, others don't. With the Outback, better off visiting as a tourist than a worker. I have met backpackers working in pubs in the outback who don't have a car to get around, The Outback is not the place to be without wheels cos of the huge distances and sometimes the scarcity of buses.
I bet you didn't butter your toast a lot and put a light spread of Vegemite on. Most people who haven't tried it before don't do this and put them off it straight away as too much Vegemite can be too strong for most.
I'm moving to Australia just after Christmas and so happy I've found your videos! Just been binge watching other backpacking Australia videos to get excited😂 Just wondering what backpack you brought? And what travel insurance you have if you don't mind? Hope your still having a fab time xx
Yayyyyyy. That’s so exciting !!!! so I actually got my rucksack off vinted, second hand. It’s a 65L berghaus one and it cost me £30 and came with a waterproof cover. It’s the perfect size in my opinion- also have a smaller rucksack as my hand luggage. My travel insurance is with ‘direct travel insurance’ and I got the ‘direct travel essential plus backpacker’ scheme. It was pretty cheap in my opinion and covers pretty much everything. Hope this helps 🫶🫶🫶
Hope youre enjoying Australia so far!! Hopefully you'll make your way to Sydney! Be keen to show yall around if yall are ever in Sydney!! Enjoy Melbourne!!
I'm 17 from India i want to come australia for my bachelor's Can you tell me how does long your process take English language test to visa And course you are pursuing Please tell me ♥️
It’s different for every country unfortunately. I never had to do an English language test as English is my first language. I applied for a working holiday visa via the government website and it was granted 7 hours later. I’m not studying over here as I am on a gap year so unfortunately have no knowledge of the process. There will be plenty of resources including RU-vid videos on the matter which I’m sure will inform you better than me. Good luck !!!
My wife is from the UK & iam from Perth where we live (close to Hillarys Marina). Her family is all back in the UK (Cornwall) but she now hates the cold & could never go back as so idolises our lifestyle over here as you will find out also once you settle in. I reckon half of the Brits have moved to Aust in the past 25yrs seeking a better life. Good tip is go buy a tub of Sudocrem from the local chemist & use it as a night mask on your whole face before you go to bed - it will clear up your spots for sure (UK product). Melb is very popular for your age group despite the colder weather but you will have a blast & there is plenty of work on offer so relax & enjoy
Well that's true , I find it funny when people call mcd , maccas whole new vibe there but yeah if u have a discord or any place let me know i would like to help in any form
If I’m being completely honest-I don’t know. However for most things in the uk, you can’t until your 16. At 16 and 17 you need parents consent and at 18 you can make your own choices. Depends on the laws wherever you are. My advice is to stay in school as long as possible first!! And then do some research🫶🫶
@@DaisyK8Thank you sm for your advice. I just don't want to transfer schools in year 12 or 13 (grade 11 or 12) but I guess I'll figure it out along the way. Hope you like Australia!!
No you must be between 18-35 sorry, also you need to be 18 to book Hostels aswel im afraid. Use the next few years to dedicate yourself to earn money. Have fun and good luck
