You guys have really got to work on your filming angles and descriptions. The actual installation video for the whole thing is a nightmare but this one is tough too. At one point it looks like you crossed the straps while in reality, the handle strap stays on the top pulleys and the lower strap stays on the bottom pulleys. Also, if you put the bottom strap around the pulley in the wrong direction, it will not work. You must ensure both straps are wrapped around thr pulleys in the correct direction. This could take trial and error like me as the video doesn't make it clear. All in all, I fixed it and am happy.
