Its important to have a confusion matrix that shows confusion between democrat and republican, when many people that voted republican happen to become democrat you have a problem, also when there are many more republicans False negatives then democrat False negatives its fraud. The bigger issue is a system of fraud that you didn't discuss while there are individuals who may have a tiny effect by voting when they shouldn't the bigger concern is a system that does anything in its power to tip the scale in one direction. Its even bigger when its a collision between the local authorities (committing the fraud), law enforcement (strong arming whistle blowers), the media (we know that stories about election fraud were supressed) and the judicial system throwing away cases.
