Great workout! My first time doing one of yours. Question for you how do we incorporate stretching for example a warm-up at the beginning before we left and something at the end when we’re done? I also noticed that I’m not able to go as low as you do and your squats, I put a small Inch behind my butt to give me a goal to touch every time I go down. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hey man I’ve been doing this and your 15 min bicep for about a month now about 4-5 days a week. Recently a few days ago my elbows have become sore especially when I put pressure like when in a push-up position. What should I do?
Like this workout, I just wish there was a beep after you are supposed to be finished and having a break. I only hear the beep before you start a new set. Since I wouldn't be looking at the screen I never knew when it was supposed to be a break
