A "driver" is (for hire) and goes back to the cattle "drive" days. "Driving might be a "privilege". But a "traveler" is not a "driver" And we have the "right" to travel in a vehicle, behind the wheel, not for hire. Tell the truth, "lawyer"

I think I’ve finally found the root cause of some of my issues I was in a bad street racing accident when I flew off the road doing over 120mph , I survived , I’m walking and got out very quickly But something triggered me , and it’s like it happened I guess what I’m saying can this cause PTSD ?
I'm kind of lost myself. It's been since early May since I lifted heavy due to what I think is accumulative distal biceps tendonitis. I worked out heavy 3x a week for an entire year straight. So it's been two months of some rehab(slooow eccentric bicep curls(3 sets of 10-15) with 12.5 lbs, 17.5 lbs and then 20.5 pounds on my left arm. I'm trying to create collagen synthesis to help it heal. I'm also 2 weeks into taking a bpc 157 capsule as well(3rd party verified), but still, this very very mild feeling still comes and goes. I also put capsaicin cream on it 4-5 days a week to promote blood flow. I'm confused because idk if these is tendonitis or an inflamed nerve. When it was worse in May-June, I did get random jolting shooting pains through my elbow to forearm area when I was just sitting down at work, which caught me off guard and kind of made me make the face of "ow ow ow" and then it went away. Those have been gone for a while. However, when I over load the muscle too much now, I feel very mild agitation in a V shape going down the arm from the elbow(if the top of the V was touching the bicep), which is right where the tendons would be, so, idk what it is! Maybe a grade 1 tendon tear that's taking over 2 months to heal??? What do you think
Operating isn't even considered traveling, most people don't even know this somehow. I'm sick of these leeches controlling every aspect of our lives, our society is literally designed around needing a vehicle lol. Also funny how an attorney tells us we have privileges. Car insurance is basically as much of a scam as thinking you need someone else to represent YOU.

My public defender wants me to plea to a dui I never committed, the officer fabricated probable cause, I refused all the bs test cuz I knew the officer was shady. So they charged me with it, idk what to do man. I was stopped for an expired tag and the officer refused to give me a citation.

I have two witnesses than can testify on my behalf cause I dropped them off 5 mins before I was arrested. Ive been doing all the research I can find available on RU-vid, Reddit, quora, TikTok, everything. My public defender hasn’t even gotten the discovery on my case but wants me to plea smh. I don’t even know if the DA was able to even file the dui charge. It’s just the cops bs testimony of bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and odor alcohol. All false.
I had a two wheeler accident a month ago. Just finished my studies and internship and landed my first job the 1st month itself. On the way to my first job, My two wheeler slipped and crashed although i didn't hit anyone but i sustained fractures in my shoulder and foot both of the same side. I'm a weight llifter and an athlete but knowing i might never be able to lift again or run again scares me and i hate being stagnant in this immobilization period and watching the world carry on without me being a part of it anymore. Everytime I'm in the car on the road the traumatic events of what caused all this flashes back into my memory and it hurts that i could've done things differently to avoid what happened. I got into a small car accident yesterday. No one got injured thankfully, the other driver was nice too and we resolved the problems but I can't help but feel awful and scared. I'm constantly overthinking abt how things happened, what could have I done to prevent the accident from happening and so on... Right now I don't rlly want to drive anymore which makes me sad too cuz it was a big dream of mine Everyone around me including the other driver from the accident told me that I shouldn't give up on driving, that this was a minor car crash and it's not a big deal but I tend to overthink and just wonder what if it happens again someday and its more severe. Because in my situation I did what I could, I stopped, looked if there r other cars, there were none and I proceeded to enter the roundabout and suddenly I see a car next to me, the next moment it was in front of me and I crashed into the side doors. It wasn't a strong crash, the damages aren't big either but I feel awful nd can't stop thinking what did I do wrong and why did this have to happen. My mom was in the car w me when this happened and she too said there were no cars when i entered the roundabout although others who werent there just tell me that i shouldn't lie and admit that i didnt look before i entered and that there was in fact a car. But thats exactly what happened, it was empty and suddenly a car appeared next to me, it was surreal
You skipped the part about plea "bargains" NOT being a good bargain when you plead guilty to something you did NOT do! Law officers, and officers of the court can LIE to you in this. The most common lie is something like "it will be best for you if you accept this plea deal." When the truth is that the only way you can be cleared CLEAR is for a jury to say, unanimously, "not guilty!"
Question. If a person knew the victim has a heart condition and gets into a heated argument with the intention to trigger a heart attack, resulting in the death of the victim, with no witnesses, how are they going to prove and charge this person in court?
I'm in my early teens and I was in a minor car accident as a front seat passenger two weeks ago I trust my parents and even my grandmother who was the one driving when we got into the accident But I no longer want to sit in the front anymore because I feel unsafe, like we're going to go BOOM! Into a car again as soon as we hit the road It really does feel like my world got turned upside down Like that invincibility I used to feel is just gone (No one got hurt besides the minor bruise I got from the seatbelt and airbag)
2 days ago I caused a car accident. It was my fault. Hey there, my situation is basically the same as yours. A week ago I got confused with the headlights (confused which is left and which is forward) and then phased out due to being sure nothing was wrong which ended up making me pass an intersection with red light. I ended up hitting 2 cops on motorcycles and I also wrecked my 10 month old $26k car my parents bought me. The cops are fine and so am I and everyone tells me I'm lucky me and the cops are alive and fine with no serious injuries but I don't think I'm worth it. It was a mistake 100% on my end and my parents are already telling me they'll get me a new car and I just think I don't deserve it after wrecking a brand new $26k car my parents spent so much of their time and effort to buy. Thankfully I have mixed insurance so it's not that bad but my point is I feel like I haven't been punished for my crime despite having paid the fine and having my license removed. My friends are very big car enthusiasts and they think I should not drive ever again, which has made me question how much they actually are my friends or if they're actually right. So my question here is, did you end up seeing a therapist? And did it help you? I'd love to know, and if you still struggle with this I hope all goes well for you eventually.
Thank you so much for getting this information out there because as is said in other comments this is not something people often taken to consideration it's usually only about the loss of the car and makes things way worse when there's somebody injured other than yourself or more than injured and it's traumatic and more people need this information so thank you

Sooooo true. I don't sleep at night even after two years. I pray for death daily. I have relived my accident every single day. I pretend to the world I am okay but I am slipping away daily. I cry everyday before I have to go to work, because I have to drive. I am 100% sure now that I am going to die in an accident so I freeze up at the thought of driving to go ANYWHERE. The day I had my surgery I prayed not to wake up from it. I cannot tell anyone how much mistakes that I make at work and then I have to buy money orders for monies that I collected short on a file so my boss does not find out. I cannot concentrate at work. I am at the ledge and I can feel myself slipping daily. I function in Public but at night and when I am in the bathroom I sit and cry begging God to take me from the torment that I am living.
Praying for you. You will be fine. It is 12 years for me since the accident. Short term memory loss. Clearing the clutter in my room is a huge task. Also, insomnia and anxiety. God be with you.

I got looked at sideways by my in laws because I wouldnt get into a the car without a working seatbelt. They really dont understand what its like finding your driver in the bushes 30 feet away from the car. I dont care if im not the one sitting in the seat.. That person automatically becomes a missile hazard.
The title of this video is ligament vs. Tendon injury. You explained what a ligament injury is and you touched on muscle injury but I didn't hear anything about what a tendon injury is. Unless I missed it, but I watched it twice. And I think that's what I have right now is a tendon injury on the top of my elbow.
