@@MrsJonesInMarbella Absolutely unique, and the skill to achieve this is phenomenal,, A birdseye view of a external property is quite a common procedure nowadays, with the only procedure of just manually filming the interior,, But this is the first time, l have ever seen an unbroken continuation of filming, by just flying through the front door & continuing that viewing with accuracy, with ease & detail,,,, You have completely shown that beautiful property with all it's details & proportions,,,,, as they say, with no stone unturned, in just 5min 34 seconds, Normal filming procedure would take 25 to 30 minutes, l believe this new procedure will soon be in demand for selling big properties,

Fantastic interview!! Well done and I learned a lot about the history of Marbella, especially Coral Beach that I didn’t know he was involved with and of course all they got developed on the mountain of La mairena. I’ve been selling real estate for 20 years and I’ve made a few sales up there especially in the early days in El Soto And a couple of the other developments. Mi respeto y admiración hacia el Sr. Massoud y su hijo. Actualmente resido, como inquilino, en La Mairena . Hace muchos años presencie el inicio de su desarrollo, el cual sorprendió , dada la aparente locura que suponía emprender un proyecto tan ambicioso en zona de montaña. Hoy es una magnifica realidad. Y lo sería mas, si pudiese disponer de una mas amplia carretera, supongo que limitada por cuestiones territoriales y orograficas. Felicidades por el reportaje.

Well, First, I have to say this was one of the most interesting interviews have had the pleasure to watch and listen to!! This famous charming successful businessman watched his father develop the start of the costa del sol growth. I loved the part about the bridge and history !! It was a pure joy to watch, can I suggest that you show some of his developments, ( as you are in that market :) This was a great interview, one of your best, hope you use the rapport you had to go on and sell a lot of these properties

Good morning Ugo, And always, thank you for your support. These markets rotate throughout the month in different locations. But they are all from Marbella and eastwards. ( They did have one in la Campana, but not enough interest). But it really is worth a trip on either the 1st or 3rd Saturday of each month to Elviria.....you can stock up and these veggies etc will last you a month.
