My Local birding patch! Not sure if it was intentional but well done to you for avoiding flying over the wetland area, especially during breeding season/ start of autumn passage season where we have some wading species dropping in and lots of swift and sand martins fly catching above the water. Unfortunately I’ve seen less considerate drone operators flying directly over the wetland and putting up many of the birds, making them use up valuable energy.

Wow! I was a teenager and lived in Wishaw in the early fifties, never realized how much greenery was around the place, it was to me, just industrial and grey, you did well bringing out this image. Cheers.
I like it a lot, and on my screen 4k 30 or even 2.7k 30 looks so much better than 1080 60. Yes, it's no DJI but it's not that far off and for £330 for the fly more package I think it's great value
i agree m8 i shot the footage in 1080p as i was going to post on facebook and not here it's a good drone possably the best in it's price range all the best m8 and enjoy your flying
Well that was nice. My grandmother and mother and aunts grew up in the Pailice, which is, I believe, lying under this artificial lake/pond. I remember it being built. I never understood why they built it. It seems that not too many people use it, and it’s kind of remote. Wish they had used it for something else, like a graveyard..lol😂😂😂 It creeps me out.😮 But who am I??? Great videography. Keep them coming.
Used to go horse riding here when I was young. Beautiful area. Now it’s private houses. Just like Mauldslie castle stables in carluke It’s now houses. Nothing stays the same!😮

Very nice video. I hope you can film Bellshill some time. I’m curious about the area near the golf course. It’s desolate. I’d film from a busier area. But there’s a swampy area we used to go down as kids. Just off the Motherwell/Bellshill road, where the bridge is. It’s very small. We’d go there as kids, passed the swamp and walk up to a bridge (big arches). Maybe it’s the one in your Motherwell video. Just a suggestion. Beware that if you select certain resolution in the app (i belive something like 1080@50) the image is actually cropped from higher resolution! Recording at 4k really makes a difference and it is fully worth it to record at 4k because you get so much detail of the small things and details below. We examined the footage on our projection screen at home and the quality of video and images was really good, there was a lot of detail, the exposure was set good automatically by the drone. I will have to do more testing but i was satisfied so far. For the price i got it with a 100 dollar discount it was well worth it.
@@myquadcopter7363 no real advantage in shooting 4K? Huh? There is more detail in the 4K footage - you can actually see the difference in this drone's 1080P vs 4K output when compared side-to-side. No, it's not a DJI but the 4K output looks quite good.
@@myquadcopter7363 I only mentioned it so folk don't get into trouble, st abbs is a different kettle of fish last yr I asked for permission 3 times and was told no I will look up who you need to contact to get permission .
