Sieun somewhat reminds me of Wendy from RV in terms of their versatility and being ace's. Or Winter as well. @Kaijie May I ask who your bias is on STAYC? I assume it is ISA from your profile pic. Your username reminds me of ISA's famous aegyo line- 어떡하지 크크크 😂🤣 Oh- And Sumin reminds me of Irene!
This is such an in-depth video! You did great ❤ I might add a bit of information that non-Kfans might have missed ^^ 1. The girls come from 6 different regions throughout Korea: Sumin - Pohang Sieun - Seoul Isa - Busan Seeun - Pyeongtaek Yoon - Gwanju J - Daejeon This means that whenever they are conversing, their regional dialects often slip through, something that many Kfans find endearing. This is sometimes brought up in Korean interviews and videos about them. 2. One of their songs' appeal to Kfans is pronunciation. Like "cheeky" (CIT) and "check it" (ASAP) which sounded so much like "chicken" in Konglish. 3. I don't know if it's relevant or not, but Rado once said he learned to "read" people by looking into their eyes, which he utilized while picking the HU trainees (the company still did background checking after that tho) because he didn't want to debut someone problematic. Well, it seems like his method indeed works! These girls are so soft-hearted to the point they easily cry CMIIW. I'm not Korean btw, but have learned about these want to share ^^
Teddy Bear my favorite kpop song all time, along with RedV-ChillKill. And that's my favorite girl doing it! Her best outfit to me was where she wore an orange skirt, red mesh jersey and black tie, with the brown teddy bear hat 🐻
I was initially drawn to STAYC by Sumin and J, but now I love them as a whole group. Between them and Redvelvet, they have the largest selection of songs that are my favorites. STAYC Girls, Its going down! ❤
I started listening to Kpop last year because of "Cupid" going viral. I'd say I'm a casual listener who mostly listens to 4th gen girl groups (and a bit from 3rd and 5th gen too). However, there are two groups I do consider myself a fan of for a while now... but I guess it's time to add a third one now 👀 I heard "Cheeky Icy Thang" last week while I was catching up on recent releases, and it got stuck in my head. I had heard the name "STAYC" before, but this was my first time listening to a song by them. I thought it was a really fun and catchy song, which is something I really enjoy when it comes to Pop music. I was also surprised (but at the same time, intrigued) when I saw that many people seemed to be a bit disappointed with the song (particularly its length, structure and the production behind it), but I understood it all when I heard the rest of their songs. I quickly realized that this group is special. They are very talented, versatile and have a great discography. So what I'm trying to say is that, while I do like and enjoy "C.I.T." (it succeeded as a title track in getting my attention), their music just kept getting better as I looked into all their past releases, including the B-sides. All that was left for me to really become a fan was to learn more about them and see if I liked them as individuals and as a group too, and not just their music. That's where you 🫵🏼 came in. The ".zip" videos on your channel are very well made and do a great job at highlighting the members' charms and personalities while also being fun and entertaining. And this guide is really well structured and put together. It's probably one of the best I've seen to introduce a new group to someone. So congratulations 👏🏼🎉 You're doing a great job, and I'm glad to say you helped someone turn into a new "Swith" 🍬 Keep up the good work! 💪🏼
