you should’ve lost way more weight g you look exactly the same. i put my ass in gear when i got off the meth i went from 52kg to 94kgs mainly muscle in 4 half months. losing weight should be much easier.
It's become clear that you must be taking in a huge number of calories to maintain that weight. You've given up but you're going through the motions in order to generate income. You've let yourself down and you're being disingenuous to your audience. Given the amount of support you've had, not very impressive, dude.
Uce already quit wanting to eat healthy with portion control, now he sees hitting the gym as making money through clicks. Dude is getting at least 11k clicks per workout video after time passes, so its better than working a minnimum wage job. Once this series is over he knows he will lose subscribers. Dude is getting paid to better his health and he still trying to keep people watching his stuff weekly by making people think he might show his weight. He got this series, and his other videos to hopefully gain more subscribers before the 100 weeks is up.

Uce if u really tryna lose weight cardio is the best way i lost 100 pounds in 2 months walking outside up and down mountains 5 days a week 1hour at night 1 hour in the morning thats how lose weight fast drink water and only eat little meals twice a day like a sandwich
