Thanks for checking out the channel. I've been fishing since I was a young boy . My love for fishing and the open water always kept me coming back for more. The relaxing feeling of being near lakes, rivers, any body of water brings me a lot of peace and relaxation.
My love for fishing became more centered, and focused on Bass fishing when I was 14. Now I have shifted all my attention and focus on to catching the big one.
I'm an artist at heart, but love the thrill of challenges. I take my adventures out on the waters and record as much as possible. While not everyday is a good day of fishing it does have many challenges that come along with it.
Please subscribe to my channel and leave a like. I would love to hear feedback /suggestions from everyone in the community. I'm going to start focusing more in tutorials soon to help give back to the community. Tight lines Everyone.
I’ll tell you what I have had my Dino kota outlive the motorguides. It really all comes down to how much do people use it. And do they take care of it.
Drop shot works best if the bite is picky. If the weather has gotten. Warmer through out the week I think crank bait and top water will work well also .
Odd part is sometimes I notice I was in the right areas but didn't give it enough time to bite. Patience is key . Thanks For watching hector hope to catch you out on the water one day.
Wow this was my first comment made on your video and I just want to what a day on the lake and it was a pleasure watching you in action today. I’m more inspired by your reaction to each catch who you were giving thanks to every catch and just straight up enjoying life. I love your attitude and the way you reacted when receiving that call about your fish catches. I just watch another angler in a tournament and he didn’t get a call like that till three days after the tournament was over. Overall you set out there to do what you needed to do and had fun getting it done and was also safe during those thunder bangs thanks for sharing take care and God bless. Tight lines.❤
Thank you 🙏. You know that day everything was just feeling right. I had no worries or doubt about what was going to happen. I just woke up and felt the positive vibes and energy flowing just right. Thank you for continuing the good vibes. I’m glad it gave you a cool vibe watching it. I have more stuff to post coming soon. Please share it if you like as I continue to grow out this channel.
Great job Austin! I think Michael's trolling motor prop needs to be lower down in the water belowthe kayak. Sounded like the blades were hitting the kayak plastic.
Yeah it definitely sounded like it may have been warped or something was really off. I just wanted to make sure he was ok. Really thought I was going to have to tow him in. It was the right thing to do. But oh boy it all worked out. Thanks for watching. I appreciate your views and positive vibes.
Paying credit where it’s due. Big thank You to you and the other people who helped me get back into the fun part of fishing. I went in with very low expectations. Just trying to be productive and oh boy it changed the day for sure. That’s secret combo is killer.
Appreciate it! It was a funky day for sure. But I just stayed in the moment. And it paid off. Thank you Hector i appreciate your time and views tight lines buddy.
Great job Austin on the video and the PLACEMENT. You made it look easy and way to give a shout out to Uncle Mark and his creative choice. Look forward to the next.
I don’t know how it happened or what happened. I just had the right combo for the moment at the right location. Also the power of video editing can make anything look easy . Hahah . Big shoutout to Uncle Mark for teaching me the drawing power of that worm. In all honestly so many people all over were shooting positive vibes that day towards me. I just felt extremely happy, and overwhelming a feeling of “hey let’s just go out and fish” and that I did. Thank you Keith for checking out the content.
Thanks 🙏 it was a truly ear to ear feeling knowing I had a good thing going so early in the bite window. I appreciate your time taking a look at this content. Take care.
Nice to see the lake is still producing fish. I went to Armijo high school and fished there a lot. kokanee trout, bass, carp. and bullhead that we cought off of fresh water clams that we dug up on the shoreline. kayaks were not invented yet, and I didn't have a boat. 1974 to 1978!
@pxfishing Thanks For watching this. This area was highly productive on practice, and tournament day. With the weather tossing higher winds I really couldn't take many options. so i decided to stay put and it paid off. Tight lines!!
HEY!!! hahah Thank you Mark. This place was a fun Experience. Glad i can share Me perspective with everyone. Hope to fish out there again. Thank you for watching Mark.
Unfortunately I got rid of the XI3. Used the funding to pick up a Newport Vessel NK300. I think the motor have had multiple gremlins that popped up. With the considerable amount of use and variables of how people treated these things, took care of em. It’s hard to say why others had this reason with their models. I would have loved to have it for a longer duration but I ended up staying with my minn kotta power drive. It’s one pound heavier and slower then the XI3 but I’ll tell you one thing she’s never let me down. I think it may be due for a new rebuild on the bottom. But I would be happy to service it soon cause she’s loyal as hell to me. Big thanks for you taking the time to watch the video.
I actually did use it a couple of times. And i Believe what your referring to is when it decides to randomly stop for no reason and turn. This in my opinion could be due to user error or potentially a bad batch of motorguides. It did do this to me a couple of times but only when i accidentally nudged the remote with my big ole arms. Never had this issue with my minn kotta. Also with the remote stop working could be due to its cheap build. If you ever take one apart its a very cheap plastic remote with week materials. I think if you sit on it. its done for. Stops working.
Hey thanks for the review. I'm trying to decide between both the motors you have there. I know pulling the motor is pretty easy with motorguides secure step. Is it that much harder to stow the power drive with the goofy ass lever? Is it something you did with Paracord? I currently have an endura 35 on the back with a PWM. I have to pull pretty hard to get that old fuckin dinosaur out of the water. Oh and thanks for the video, you answered a few questions that the khaki brigade at Cabela's here in East Grand Forks couldn't answer. Specifically, any questions I had. And yet I still bought the wrong head unit from a kid that didn't know anything about trolling motors, so the jokes on me. Thanks dude for your knowledge..
Great video, it looks like you had fun, and I love your good attitude. It was nice meeting and connecting with you at Folsom. I'm presently working on my Folsom video.
Hey ! Nice to hear from you again. Thanks for watching my little recap on Berryessa. Looking forward you seeing your perspective out on the water at Folsom. I try to make every video as honest as I can. Every time i'm out on the water I just get caught up on the moments. Making the best of blessings I have on this good earth. Hope to catch you at the next wave of tournaments. Tight lines David.
Id highly suggest if you can make a couple of days of it in one trip. It can be hit or miss sometimes. There is so many areas to explore. Thanks for watching.
Thanks Mark! At this time that lake if full on the water level. The glory hole has finally starting spilling water this last week. It's definitely fishing good again.
Noted. I was using a different company that provides more scores for videos with multiple themes . I was trying to really capture the highlights of the experience. I’m always mixing it up. Thanks for watching it though man. Really appreciate it and your honest reviews. Please check out the other ones I’ve produced. I got every type of music from hillbillies, hip hop, county, electronic. I do it all. Hahah. Honestly I love all music, and scores. Have a great 👍 day sir. Wishing you the best of luck on fishing.
Thanks Sean! As much as I hate to admit it. I still had fun. Could have definitely benefited from FFS but ah hell. Oh well . Onto the next one as they say.
LOL I really do try to put my sense of humor on some of these. I know the day's we are all out there it can be quite, or it can be people having the times of their lives out there. I appreciate your support man. time to make some more.
Thanks Sean! It was cool to see you also. In the morning I seen you near the ravine before 7:30am I was already telling myself "YUP He's on em that's a great spot" Looking forward to seeing you out on the next events. Be safe buddy.
Likewise DoubleBogeyBass! Looking forward to catching up on the next one. Thanks for giving me props on the Video. I had fun creating it. Tight lines Amigo.
