At Trade Classics we live and breathe classic cars. We established ourselves in 2011 and have progressed to hosting online auctions in the market since 2017. We aim to provide a unique service that allows a buyer of a classic car to get an in-depth review of the vehicle through photos and videos so they know they are making the right decision purchasing cars with such character. 90% of all buyers do not even see the car before purchase due to the personal service we provide.
With a dash like that, and an older style of steering wheel, the car is surely older than 1952? Internally the wipers are at the top of the roof, and along with the malle plat boot they all point to an early model so, and again, not 1952. That said the engine is not an early engine. Presumably the car has been converted to 12V and that will be a 12v alternator?
My car is a red 2--door Audi GT from 1987 with an Inline 5 engine front wheel drive 3 speed Automatic transmission the front and rear springs are a little soft but not too soft for how old the car is the brake pads are brand new and the car is the special build instead of the standard build.
There was a similar company called "Abbotts" based in Farnham Surrey. Who did estate versions of cars that the factory did not offer. Certainly they did a Corsair estate and also the Jaguar XJ6, Some other Fords as well.
Thank you very much. I wanted to view a old Beatle inside, and because your video, I have be able do it. Thank you. We salute you, from Spain . See you. ❤❤.
This car is 101 years old & still drives....when mechanics where still straightforward & relative simple...How many contemporary cars will still exist & drive after 100 years ??
It's my favorite dream car for 20.000 / 25.000 Euro circa: the dream car for the price of new compact car, but i prefer the Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit of first serie 1984 circa, and with yellow and white english numberplate, I'm Italian and in Italy with Italian numberplates Rolls-Royce are not a wonderful view... And the early Eight Mulsanne / Silver Spirit are most connected with english gentle, not with international tycoon
Had a 69 1600E in sliver with a blue vinyl roof, which had the 4 clocks above the desh... Then I owned a 1971 1600E in red with Ross Style wheel's loved it...
Little known fact: two medium sized dogs can eat the entire interior furnishings, linings, fixtures and fittings (including the wiring loom) of a 2cv6 Club in under an hour and a half.
I find some of the negative comments unbelievable 0-60 in 8 seconds for that period with auto box wasn't bad for such a big barge. I would definitely own it & enjoy it.
Lancia Delta Integrale 8 and 16V Turbo, THE QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Twin Cams Lampredi Engine!!!!! Electronic Control "Magneti Marelli!!!" 10 World Titles, 6 factory, 4 Pilots, RECORD STILL UNBEATEN TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come On Italy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💪🏻💚💪🏻🤍💪🏻❤️💪🏻
These cars today in 2024 are going for a fortune. You don't realise how magnificent they are, and well made. Every thing is just so perfect. If this shape came back to day it would be a world wide smash.
Two things to be Wary of; RUST the Mk2 uses frame is part of the body, they LOVE too RUST underneath it will cost a FORTUNE to fix, sounded to me like the 3.8 needed a little encouragement to start up, again IF it needs a rebuild it is going too COST big!!!! From what i seen of the inside it needs TLc to bring it back to its former glory!!
I miss mine badly, G reg 2.9, loads of stuff bought and fitted at Falkland performance centre, no 4x4 rolling road so it was estimated at 250 bhp. the sound, the power, amazing car
Omg the myth the legend...Jaguar xks are the simply the best an looks great know matter what year it is,they are the true bespoke cars. I just adore that sky blue an british racing green your steering wheel is the most beautiful one ever where did get it lol
