It's from a show called chewing the fat. It was huge in the late 90s and had a spin off called still game which is also very good

​@PC1974 You will see Winston and Tam in Chewin' the Fat as well, or rather the actors playing them, in a great number of roles. Still Game is essentially a spin-off of Jack and Victor, two beloved old Glasgae men from Chewin' the Fat.
