Screw in the screw a bit more when u take off the walking foot u will be able to slip it on easier and hold it in place to secure the screw all the way.
Would it be easier to box the corners separately then put them together accordingly. If you were doing a larger bag it would be easier to see better how you are putting them together.
I've been sewing with the MC6700P for almost a year and I can assure you after the first week of using the foot lifter you won't be able to live without it 😅 I also got as an extra a narrow acufeed foot, and I love it so much that it's basically the main foot I use (for patchwork, bags, garments) It is a real heavy duty machine and the throat space is a blessing! You'll love it!
I have had the Janome 6600 MC & the Air Threader 2000D for a few years now & I would definitely buy a Janome machine again. Both are top notch machines, very easy to use, the stitching is superb. I’m in BC, Canada. Now that I’m retired I’m sewing almost every day, it’s my passion. Hope you enjoy Janome as much as I do!!
Great tutorial. I think i will skip the interfacing since my sister's Maltisse has skin issues and it might be too irritating. Well done just the same.
