sorry, you talk about KOMMO or AMO CRM? these are two separated crm systems and Lead scraper for AMO won't work for Kommo, since it need verification log in info for AMO crm? this is disturbing and misleading

I do have a question, though, if you'd be so kind: Let's say that when Kommo gets the email in the designed pipeline, it's from a lead that I already have contact info (such as email, phone, and name) How do I make Kommo recognize this "new" lead? I tried the "duplicate" section in the pipeline configs, but it doesn't seem to be working, as Kommo is not treating the new lead as my already saved contact, even though the email is the same. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!!
Sometimes if the mail is in more than one lead Kommo will not assign the mail to the lead. If the mail is not assigned in the top of the mail you can simple search the lead and assign it

Hello Yes you can. In the Automations , You can set up a trigger to change the stage and you can include conditions like the source or time . also you can create a Salesbot to interact with the lead and decide automatically which stage to send
Sometimes leads change some of their numbers and we contact the wrong person. It would be very useful to automate the deletion or disable a single number from a contact.
