I really like your idea of advertising and looking for work at different places and I think I am going to try it out as well. I got the Thumbtack, but I am not sure when you said "Nob" (timestamp - 5:14). I am searching for that and I am getting all kinds of weird results (I am sure I am searching wrong thing here lol). Hi Parth!! So glad you've been finding them helpful! I said The Knot in that instance. Sorry it wasn't clear! The Knot and Wedding Wire are both run by the same company and are super similar I just chose the Knot because that's the platform I had heard of prior. Hope that helps!!

this is so helpful! I always get so much anxiety before shoots because i'm like "ugh what if i run out of poses?" would love to see more videos like this in the future :)
ah don't worry I've totally felt the same!! I think knowing you don't have to go from pose to pose to pose right away and letting people be themselves and genuinely talk and explore the area has helped me feel sooo much less anxious on shoots
Such good tips! As a bride I definitely did not reach out to people who didn't have pricing listed on their site. It also felt awkward to email and ask for pricing because once I saw they were out of my price range I didn't email them back.

Congrats on starting your channel! I want to build one... eventually lol. 50 weddings year 1?? First of all that's insane, but how did you market for that? You should make a video about that :) Good luck in this journey
Ah thank you!! I'm so excited it has definitely been a long time coming! It was a crazy first year and oh so tiring haha but really great for business!
