Oscar®-nominated William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum star in this fiercely engaging and fearlessly twisted series. Chicagoan Frank Gallagher is the proud single dad of six smart, industrious, independent kids, who without him would be...perhaps better off. When Frank's not at the bar spending what little money they have, he's passed out on the floor. But the kids have found ways to grow up in spite of him. They may not be like any family you know, but they make no apologies for being exactly who they are.
Fiona is a terrible character going through her worst sometimes you need to be thrown out to get a reality check, that’s not abandoning them. what is with you people???
@@roberthampton2629 the whole point of this part of the show is her refusing to take blame for anything. Like the show is trying to get across that she is in the wrong, and I saw more than a few comments breaking down how none of the things that happened were her fault, and it’s like you know that even the show isn’t trying to say that right?
This attitude right here is what led to Fiona getting fired from Patsy's. After what Ford did to her, she was not herself anymore. Especially after she assaulted a customer, oh yes. 💯
Not excusing some of the things Fiona did, but if not for Fiona they would have all been in foster care or orphanages, definitely not all together. She raised them since she was a child, & she could’ve left when she turned 18. She probably would have a much better life if she left & just focused on herself. So it bothers me that they treated her like this when she was going through some issues
Shameless is so f up that i need to watch this kind of videos of them to remind my self that everything is just a show. Im binge watching btw, season 4 done in 1 week. Great fcking show
Remember Mickey got SA'd and was forced to marry Svetlana by his scum on this earth dad Terry. And now he finally gets to marry the man he loved since then but there's still a chance it all gets fucked up by his dad again. So it's believable he's going groomzilla. And look what happened after Terry burner their wedding venue. Outwardly it looks like he's shallow wanting the perfect chairs but underneath that he's anxious about what his dad would do.
They are so good at saying what they feel and need it a little out off character. Lanas love-language is acts of service not touch (as a ex hoker she offcorce se sex as a service like watching the kids ore doing taxes but if her love-language was tutch she who'd be so much more fucked up, being in love for money no one can do that and survive emotionally, making services for money for people you don't love and for no pay for people you love that is manageable for most people even if sex is a service most people don't want to sell including me).
its sibling moments like these that are the most fun to watch. basically whenever they had to work as a team, e.g. returning the toddler debbie stole, searching for frank, taking liam back from the thugs who took him as collateral, etc
1. I just finish watching this series and Lip kicking Fiona out wasn't justified to me. That issue with Xan and Jason werent Fiona's fault. With DCFS, they make random visits and DEBBIE leftva hole in the ground and left 3 babies unsupervised. With Jason, JASON asked for Vodka. Fiona only offered cuz he asked. She didnt force him and she didnt know who he was, or that Lip was his sponsored. Even Jason say that was his fault 2. For everyone that Fiona almost killed Liam. If that was really an issue, Those kids should have never moved back in. If it was a case where this happen occasionally , then the mistrust in Fiona would be alot more understandable. But those kids, even lip chose to go back to her. And its not like Fiona didnt improve on that. 3. Lets not forger that the incident with the Coke and seaaon 9 Fiona are 2 of her lowest points. Fiona was ok. Im not saying is perfect. Im not saying Fiona did f*ck up. She certainly did. But if yall gonna crap on Fiona , dont it like Lip. Lip just pisssed and is taking his anger on Fiona. The writing of seaaon 8 and 9 in this show was weird
Geniusly written that Frank is hurt so he isn't able to leave the house. So since everybody else is getting stuff for the farewell-party, Frank is the only family member left in the house and gets the last scene with Fiona
Most consider this storyline boring. I think the writers idea was that debbie got herself into that mess with those equally egotistical women. Pretty much like he dragged others who did nothing to her into her messes lol
Just gonna point this out: Gallagher are constantly said to be living on the South side. Unless Derek’s fam lives in a different neighborhood, it makes no sense for the Pink Line to go anywhere near their house
i can only imagine how much more hype this reveal was for the long time fans felt when this was first aired on tv and they finally saw mickey. so jealous for those that got experience that rush
Could anyone explain to me why would lip think that him an helene had was "love"? -He either knew or at least assumed that Helene slept around with her students -He also slept with another(s) students while he was in a "relationship" with her. Does he even know what love is??
