this is prime example of hotel in a prime location, big property but with low standards and zero ethics. hotel can be as good or as bad, it all depends how they treat their guests. I would rate it a 0 star if I could, the staff is very poorly trained, they don't know how to treat their guests. I have stayed at very expensive and very cheap hotels around the world but this was the worst experience I ever had. those who want to know my story, here it is- I booked a king size bed for 2 nights at this hotel. I and my wife were attended by a very opinionated and racist receptionist. Her behaviour made me feel like I was not of standards for staying at this hotel. She checked us in, in the cheapest standard double room available in the hotel. I and my wife were running late so we didn't inspect the room, left our stuff in the room and went out for our other planned activities for the day. on our return I noticed poo stains on the duvet, I was disgusted so I asked at the reception to get the duvet replaced and again went out for dinner. the housekeeping staff thought the bedsheet needs changing so left a bedsheet in our room for us CHANGE IT OURSELVES. I again went to the reception and again requested the replacement duvet but no luck; on the 3rd explanation to housekeeping staff, he finally brought a replacement duvet; when he was changing the duvet, I notice the small size of the bed. By this time (22:00pm) the staff shift was changed so I asked the new receptionist nicely to check if I was given the smaller room by mistake as I have paid for a king size bed; if a mistake change the room to one which I have paid for. he became very agitated and argumentative and started lying to my face, he said that I have been given a king size room, (he doesn't go in every room to measure the bed sizes.. etc etc etc.). to this I told him I need to see on their system that he is not lying and I am in a king size room else I would like to have a word with the Manager. He very rudely said, speak to the manager he will be in tomorrow morning. I was very disappointed and very angry with his behaviour and couldn't sleep all night. I spoke to the duty Manager in the morning who was one of the very few nice people in that hotel, he apologised for the behaviour of their staff and upgraded us to bigger and better room however the room was not available/ready at the time (9:30am) so he asked us to leave our stuff at the reception, carry on with our planned activities and collect the keys in the evening on our return to Edinburgh, he will send our stuff to the new room. we were a bit pleased with his gesture. however, the story was repeated again on our return in the evening similar to previous night, we were again attended by same rude receptionist from previous evening. she questioned me "how did I make the duty manager upgrade us to that room... ", she made me spell my name 4 times as she couldn't believe I was upgraded to a nicer room. I ignored all that but my wife (from India) was very upset and felt she was being racially abused by all of that.. I have raised a complaint with Agoda, and waiting to hear a clarification from the Hotel.
I was in this hotel in April and my room was a complete mess , they change our room three times at the end we moved to another hotel,is true that the hotel has a good location and view , buy not is true that all rooms are in good condition

Yes you can, if you leave the airport (the capsule hotel is at the airport, but "outside"), prices depend upon availability, you will need to check out the website for an individual offer ✌🏻
They say you could bring a lock (best those longer ones with cable) and leave it underneath and chained to the lower bed capsule. Otherwise, take the most valuable things inside the capsule with you.. There are also cameras around, but I understand your concern, there are quite a few people in a room if fully booked!
