You're basically shipping to New York. I order state side multiple times a week. If comes to my APO address there's no Shipping costs. If it comes to my house then there's a Shipping cost.
That's a good question. But it's so hard to answer. Because you don't know if they blended the oil themselves or if it's just one oil. You could take it to someone who sells oils. And see you they can smell match it.
