Dude....much respect for recognizing the universality of music. You are right that hip hop is of and from the black culture, but as an art form it is so important and influential that is hop hop has become the soundtrack of the oppressed, the underground, the downtrodden, the disenfranchised, the ignored, etc,
Jungle video reactions should be getting 100s of thousands of views. I'm amazed it hasn't become a thing yet. But when it is, everyone is going to be doing it.
The band actually says Kevin may have the highest note in the group, lol! All of them have extraordinary ranges that have only gotten better over time.
If you want to hear Scott’s low tones, watch “I should tell your mamma on ya” if you want to hear his high notes, listen to him singing hallelujah with Il Volo
I was 2 nd row for their 1 st Denver show Sept 14 2014. Have their evolution of PTX on my channel if you wanna check em out. They were so good as always ❤. PS it was the 574,356th time I’ve seen them live. They always elevate!
Yeah webby spits facts. Fuck what this has become. We used to be a nation of productivity but now it’s all soft. And btw. I’m a polish jew and I grew up making polish and Jewish jokes. My fellow Americans thicken you fucking skin.
Thanks for the reaction. Scott has widened his range so much. Here he is duetting with Angelina Joke last week ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FXHNu0zNc10.htmlsi=SSLd5EZgTOnq-91r
So, since Matt joined PTX, he's been hitting that high note every time they performed Hallelujah, so since about 2017/18. I feel like Scott just threw in all the experiences he's had singing this live for the last, what? 10 years or so?? I do love it!
Yes, Scott was singing bass. As you heard, he has a huge vocal range! Kevin is a tenor. Check out their upgrade of Seal's Kiss From A Rose--it's another live video.
Idk you but any man who gets angry when someone gets disrespectful is weak. I used to be on that principle shit, crazy. I think it's hilarious when people get upset, that's the weak.
They all have amazing range, don't they! Yes, that's Scott taking the bass when Matt was singing his verse. This is essentially how they perform the song in concert these days (and yes, it gets performed at every show). Their voices have all matured so much. If you want to hear Scott really reach for the rafters, listen to the solo version (no music video, just static image on YT or as a single on your favorite streaming platform, NOT the a capella version with Säge and Tonality) of his new single "Rose Without the Thorns".
