Hey there, my name is John, and I'm just your average AVgeek and ramp agent from Ohio.
Much of my content will be based in Columbus, specifically at John Glenn Columbus International Airport and Rickenbacker International Airport, however I also record the beginnings and ends of my flights from other places I visit, as well.
Right now my only mode of recording is with an iPhone 12, but eventually I will make upgrades to a real camera for better quality videos!

Great video! I flew in and out of CLT back in June of 2016 during a summer vacation trip from LAX to MLB. I connected here in CLT into MLB being I used American Airlines. I really enjoyed CLT!
I absolutely love this aircraft! It's just a shame most or all of them are going to be retired. I understand they are to replaced by the Airbus 220. I was told that by a Delta Airlines pilot at Melbourne International Airport in Melbourne,Florida this past June. To me, that will be a sad day! Very nice video here! Taking off from my number one airport, ATL!
As a Delta customer, yeah it’s expensive and a total mess going through CLT. Especially since the TSA checkpoint next to their ticket counter has people turning you away while the TSA agents manning the checkpoint get to sit around.
Surprised they didn't depart runway 21 (visible seconds after liftoff). It's about a 5 minute taxi out vs. the 2 mile trip to runway 15. Runway 21 is 7K' vs. 9K' for 15 but judging by the short takeoff run it should have worked.
Not really a hard landing, but definitely a rather firm one. The CRJ being a stretched BizJet is a bit stiff legged. He did flare a bit (so not a carrier landing), not quite enough though. Good clear video.

As a matter of fact yes! I’m looking to take Breeze in August. I have two more Delta trips planned for July and September (hint: all three of these will be to the same destination), I may try for something in June as well but no guarantees just yet. I am going to be slowing down on my travels just a bit with my new work schedule starting next month.
It was odd for sure but a nice change, I want to say I've only ever had two or three departures from 28L if you include this one. I do love the ERJs! Not really many options for flying out of CMH since they seem to make up half of the airport's traffic, and most of ours (Delta's) as well.
