Perhaps if they had bought a cylinder meant for much higher pressures of flammable gas it would contain the sudden pressure from the explosion. Furthermore why didn't it hold 90psi when first assembled causing it to be brought to the building maintenance shop? Who didn't have the "hands on" experience to assemble a setup to handle 90 psi of air??
