I've known about subliminals for about 5 years and I'm not going to lie, 5/4 years ago I was a child and didn't really understand how to use subliminals and even so I had results, as time passed and I started listen for longer, I listened to subs for 1 week, didn't see results and stopped, I always thought the problem was with the audio and not with me, I constantly changed audio until I stopped to reflect and decided to start having more patience, from 1 week listening to the same audio it went to 2 and from 2 to 1 month until even listening to famous and trustworthy channels for 1 month I didn't get results, I even thought as if I already had the results and still nothing results, a while passed and I continued listening to the audios, I saw minimal results and then I stopped because I didn't see any better results. Now, like some months ago I realized that when I put my hair in a ponytail, something bothered me in profile, and then month after I found this sub, I soon realized that what I wanted was the famous "angell skull" and I realized that this sub helped with that, I was using this sub together with my playlist, and again and as usual I changed audio and my whole playlist but this audio always remained there(in every single playlist), I listened to this sub since 7/21 and today 7/10 I realized that even though I was doing a ponytail , my head was already beautiful in profile and almost like an "angell skull", I'm so happy that I finally really noticed a super noticeable result... I simply regained at least 30% of my faith in subliminal audios... Of course, I didn't gain 100% because I didn't get full results, YET, and also because after so many years of not having great results, I kind of discredited myself... and whenever I get results, even though I'm happy to have results, deep down I think it's just my impression or is it a naturak change and the subliminals did not do this...And maybe I had results with this audio because this audio was the only one I found of this topic (of changing the shape of the head to a rounder, angel skull shape) so it kind of If I didn't see results with this audio, I wouldn't have another audio of this type to listen to and also because I kind of "forgot" that I was listening to this audio because it was on every playlist where the focus wasn't even on changing the shape of the head and that ended up putting me off Obsessed with results, I'm going to try this new method of "ignoring" the audio and moving on with my life... :)
@@the_classic_jazz Subliminals do “rewrite” how you look by basically manipulating your reality, as the affirmations get to your subconscious mind, the more it soaks in the information it picks upon it, as if you were to state a fact about yourself in the moment and since the subconscious doesnt have a choice of deciding wheter the information stated is false or true, since theres no such thing as ‘false’ for it (Further; whatever you assume as true, hardens into fact) And the subconscious mind is also the root of all there is, in your reality, in the physical realm. Its like a projector, it just projects into 3D the ideas, that are contained in there. The easiest way to manipulate your reality to show you results pretty quickly is to lie to yourself and even come up with reasons supporting your lie (that you’d like to be true) even if its nonsense or whatever if it helps you believe your affirmations. As neville goddard said, an assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. :) I didn’t explain because you didn’t know already but because maybe it helps overview subliminals and gives a different insight on it, and a little motivation about it. can it still work if i want my skull flatter from the top and longer from the back? the top of my head is really high and it doesn’t look very nice from the side. thank you❤

hihi! this is basically just making your head look higher, if you search high cranial top and click images, you will see the difference between a low cranial top and a high one! the high one makes your hair look more thick and voluminous when put up or down

If you just listen once thats already enough, i dont recommend a specific listening time, just listen for however much long you’d like, you will gain the effects of the subliminal regardless!❤️
