@@lukejuras8024 just a GoPro360 MAX! I’ve got it on my helmet for most videos with no mic covers but it does a great job of using the mic that isn’t being blown on. Hoping for an even nicer mic setup soon!
Nah the day was quite cold. It never slushed out. Also if the snow had fully slushed out I’d have felt less confident. Likely many rocks just under the surface and breaking thru a 6inch sun crust would have been more likely to make me fall. Now I know when it’s deep pow I can rip a sick line too 😁
Hey man, instructor here, like you I guess, judging by your clothes and your mates'. Where is this, NZ? If so, I am at the other side of the world, Spain. I love your videos, so relatable and positive vibes. Subbed.
@@masonkummer8349 RIDE TwinPig, I’m rocking a 156Wide cause I’ve got size US12 boots. It’s incredible! I’m doing a board review video soon. Sadly ive been sick so I’m resting up
Ouch at 9:30. I remember ending a season with a similar fall, thinking I could back 3 off of a mogul drop. My rotation was way off and I landed horizontally on an outstretched arm, and I've had shoulder problems ever since. I didn't give up in the park, but I definitely am a lot more cautious and I won't try anything that I'm not 100% sure I'll land. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-p-E5pDIqPCU.html is a short 360 clip. I switched to posi-posi last winter (I'm from the US) and my main focus has been carving. 5 more months until my season starts here, so thanks for posting these videos!
Carving is the most satisfying and is much less risk versus reward. Glad you’re enjoying! Watching videos of southern seasons always cured me of missing the snow so I figured I’d continue some of my own now that I’m living the dream!
I absolutely love it so far! I’ll do a board review this week 🤙🏽 it’s a great all-mountain daily driver. Camber in the middle for carves but early rise rocker nose and tail for presses.
Yo, I remember in college when we would talk about chasing winter and hustling for any bit of snow we could find - going as far to clear a whole ampitheatre to make a pump track. Its so sick to watch you living the dream & see how much youre loving it. I cant wait to see how much you improve after almost a full year in the snow. Aroha ki a koe, e hoa
