Unfortunately our legal system n cultural values don't provide any specific relief to an aggrieved woman in general due 2 many reasons. In extreme cases like divorce n maintenance of the children some sort of relief is given. But then husband is nt husband wife is nt wife n especially children suffer alot psychologically in traditional society. This is bleak n ugly reality!!!!!
We have got the computerized NADRA card now. (In the UK and US it is a criminal offence to not get you address changed on your ID within 20 days of moving your primary residence). Since every one has a NADRA card now we should make this a law in Pakistan too. Notices and summons then couriered by court and received at the address should be deemed sufficient.
