Thank you for your informative and simplified presentation of the operation of this fantastic oven. Despite all the talk about easy to clean, I had a problem with streaks of liquid burnt on the inside of inner most door glass. I managed to get the door off but could not find a way to undo the glass. Have you any idea how to do this?

We are having to replace our Neff Combi oven which is only 6 years old, our last cheapo oven lasted twice as long. The heater element and glass fan protector have both fallen off as the chassis has rusted, a common problem that has been going on for years but Neff choose to place blame on the user for cooking food that contains moisture such as potatoes. You would think they would have addressed the issue by using stainless steel instead of recycled rusty buckets. German Engineering at its finest.. Not

Be careful of positioning. I can’t use top oven, because door opens forward which means I can’t get to dish or pull out shelve as can’t reach.

Purchased this double ovennin August. Fitted and working mid September. Top oven been used 4 times light then stopped working? I know it's only a light but...come on ..really? It's a bummer getting replacements. Other than that the fan stays on WAY TOO long after finishing cooking. Cooking wisenits doing what I'd expect, but really disappointed in the rather fast exit of the light. As it's the top oven it WAS extremely handy. Come on Neff get a shimmy on with the replacement bulbs please. Love the you tube video. Thank you.

You said 91lt. It says 97lt on the official spec sheet?

The soundbar worked really for a while and I was delighted with the quality but then the Bluetooth connectivity kept cutting out, maybe 2 or 3 times a week so had to continually set up again. Now the Bluetooth function does not work at all, the pairing light doesn’t come on, so the unit doesn’t function. Am I missing something or is it ‘goosed’? This started happening when it was only about 18 months old. Any advice?

Hi, thanks for the great review, thank also for reminding us of the pizza function, we always forget! We have the slide and hide version, eye-level, but the build and all the dials are basically the same. It is a great oven for perfect cooking, and sliding the door away allows removal of food safely. Totally agree it’s functions are all useful. Some may find- 1. hard to get a hand under grill element to wipe. 2. time of the cooling fan runs, an age; double that of our other oven. 3. Sometimes in the day the sun shines onto our bank of units, we can can see the little dust flecks between the two sheets of glass so have to clean inside regularly (issues at eye- level more I would say). Finally, the gap above the door, between the switch plate and door, a thin chrome plate (again eye-level issue), it’s all you can see but not as bad as the Neff combi, with all the screws are visible☺️) the surrounding is black and our units are glossy grey so this sticks out like a sore thumb when looking directly at the oven. Black would have been the ideal colour. Just these little extras that may be worth considering if some are considering putting this oven eye-level. Great to hear your review. Hope Neff listen and pick up about the child lock, as it’s seems to be a common issue. All the best.

I have had this oven for two years and it is awful. The main issue is it cannot be used for roasting. You will never get a decent roast beef! There is no ventilation of the oven, so food stews or braises. If I want to boil my food I would do that on the hob. You can make bread and cakes in it, but you will have to get a second oven to roast in.

Does this model have a delayed timer. Going out for day. Want oven to switch on at 3 o'clock to cook for 2 hours. e.g finish 5 pm. Is this function available on this oven.
