Good shit. I went berserker about 2 years ago and filled in my run with fillers, and minor keys, roughly 100 books. I went back this week and I'm concentrating on major keys like #41,101, 194, 238 etc... and getting older pieces below ASM 50. I'm not too crazy about the cover art and definitely the prices below #38, but I've even been cherry-picking the ones I like most.
Thanks for sharing all of these. I stopped collecting at #350 way back when. Now in my 60's, I'd like to start up once again. Not sure the wife would approve. :)
Just created a Facebook group as a way to bring people together in the Comic Book Community. @@iankane1733 Precciate it man🙏 Yeah I love tryna complete runs as much as I can it’s somethin I enjoy more than buyin big key issues. Yeah X-Men 126 is such a good cover and I loved X-Men 97 I can’t wait for next season especially with Apocalypse bein apart of it
Glad to see another WWBN fan. I had the complete run back in college(early 90s). One of my roommates threw a party when I was home visiting my folks and during that party someone got into my room and cherry-picked a bunch of keys out of my collection. They took my WWBN 32, Thor 337, ASM 300, New Mutant's 98 and the first ten issues of the New Teen Titans. I was distraught. I meant to replace that WWBN 32 but life happened(fell in love, got married, had kids etc.). When I was finally able to get back into collecting in 2017, that #32 was too pricey and now it's way too pricey. 🤷🏽♂️ Someday . . .
I found the difference between the 2. Both have Batman 608-619 and Wizard the Comics Magazine 0 meanwhile the Omnibus has the following Batman: Gotham Knights 50-55, 60-71 and 73-74 Detective Comics 846-850 and 852 Batman: Streets of Gotham #1-4, 14 and 16-21 Short story from Batman: Hush: 20th Anniversary Edition

Ay nice glad to see a fellow Houstonian. I like the 1960 store I been there a couple times. The Mo City store is my main one and I like goin to the Westheimer store every chance I get too I love that location
@@LetsTalkComics.when I start capitalizing my 12 through my 20 centimeters hoping I get at least a 5:.0 on my Spider-Man book after a cleaning and press
Precciate that man and yeah I’ve always enjoyed the movies and shows since before I knew what 5x5 was😂 It’s been even more enjoyable when I finally got into comics in December 2020 I love reading and collecting them
That’s really really cool that’s an amazing thing to have in your collection. Every single issue of Amazing Spider-Man ever🔥 Yeah I love 200-300 John Romita Jr. is my favorite part of the span he’s one of my favorite Spider-Man artists
Amazing Spider-Man is in the 900's. If you only have 250 comics you have only read about a 4th. But you also need Marvel Team-Ups, Spectaculars, Web of and more. Your collection is small.
My time was the best time collecting comics most of the books you have on the wall I paid cover price or $1 of the original price...X-Men 94 I paid $3 dollars at a flea market in VF
I've been collecting silver-age since1977 at age 9. I purchased mostly all of my books at cover price. I remember purchasing two hulk #181 in 1977 for $2.50 from my neighborhood store. in 1982 I purchased another hulk 181 for $8... till this day I still own all of my comics over 3000 in VF to NM
That's awesome. I also collected since I started at age 8. I kept them in great condition and little by little I almost have the entire run of asm. Slow and steady wins the race!
