What is amazing is that in spite of just one family living in that isolated place, the Chinese Government actually built the electric pole all the way to this one village so they will have electricity and internet. So when the World Bank reported that China actually lifted 800 million people out of poverty, I guess this one good example of the basic infra that the Government provide to alleviate rural poverty. Western negative narratives will however say the opposite.
