I have a friend and training partner who refuses to stay away from other people when he's ill. He has a nasty habit of getting other people sick, then shifting the responsibility onto them by saying things like, "If they don't want to get sick, they shouldn't be around me." But HE'S the one who puts himself into their path, instead of staying home and avoiding people until he's well. It's the most callous thing I've ever seen.
Sounds like these psychologists have been learning all these things for these times, i mean when you look at kinsey and money and their research, we now have gender and sex education being put into schools globally and children are being put forward to be mutilated by the medical establishment..

So, moral disengagement can be one's response to their cognitive dissonance, but not always, right? I mean, some people are just wired up differently, like psychopaths or sociopaths? Or even them developed their deviation the same way (just in a larger scale)???

I agree and just to add one thing whole debate was inclined solely on the rational behaviour that is underline on terms like moral disengagement! Instead in looking into the attention and the conviction of whom construct a Sociology base In order to pave an illusionist behavior that is related to all mannerisms collectively blended by undeniable factors thus that we should deconstruct to bring back a phase we hope to gaze.
I was fortunate enough to catch Dr Yalom at the last five Evolution conferences. "Existential" per Dr Yalom's summary statement: 1) Meditating upon our own being. 2) That we are here through random events. 3) We are thrown alone into existence... 4) And we have to leave this world alone. 5) We are responsible for carving out our own existence. 6) We are the measure and compass of all things. 7) We have no predestined fate. 8) We are sentenced to freedom. 9) And mostly, that we are finite creatures with but one life. 10) We want to persist and yet have to face inevitable death.

I think we all are capable of love and hate.We need this for our survival.We have to love and have some compassion for our fellow man.At the same time we must have our killer instincts ready to use at a moments notice.Aggression and fear go hand in hand.

There is so little of Michael's work available on the web, seems not to be fair for all of us, engage with his work and teaching. My respect to Sal Minuchin, but I really like Michael's ideas and practices. Title should be changed and someone should upload more Michael's videos, we all should protest until this happen. :)
