Dont worry. Basking sharks are harmless. They are large, but they feed off of plankton and pose no threat to humans other than (like any large animal) they may accidentally hurt you if you got a swipe of the tail or something.
You filmed her without her awareness or consent, reviewed the footage, put a sound behind it and captioned it. At no point did it cross your mind how abnormal and criminal this is. A pub or restaurant is a private place. You breached this lady’s right to private (Article 8 Human Rights Act) by recording her and publishing to RU-vid. You better hope she doesn’t find this and sue you for the capture and distribution of her image without consent.
