Hi to empty the dustbin on the S10 you have to pry off air filter. Is there a compatible dustbin that is hinged? I dont need mopping function...so dont need to worry about water compatrment.... so is there any other model such as E10 dustbin that is hinged that would fit the S10?

I have w problem with my device. When i choose option vacuum and mop, and i select area prohibited for mopping, it doesn't even enter selected area to vacuum it, even tough its only closed for mopping. Anyone can help please?
Olá obrigado pelo video! O meu quando inicia no modo de sucção turbo ele fica uns 10 minutos só depois cai pro médio e nao funciona mais no turbo, só se reiniciar a limpeza. Sabe dizer se todos S10 são assim? Obrigado desde ja, abraço!
Hello, I have same issue, 3x robots tried, one was even changed by service. It might be a software bug but nothing official. I can’t understand why not more people are complaining about this as it is a general issue… users not really understanding how things should work…
I bought 1 nd fst it scand the house quickly but didnt clean all the areas of the house until the 3rd cleaning and doesnt move in zigzag or y shape. just forward and it rotates..is that normal

Same. I've written to Xiaomi and I hope all of you log an official request via email and through app. Hope Xiaomi will include this and mop only in the next update
But the problem of eufy x8 hybrid or pro is that u have you take out the mop when ur not mopping bc it will automaticly wet the floor if it was placed and it doesnt detect carpets and also has no camera
I've been looking for a robot too and i had the same doubt. But actually, S10 and mijia 3c are the same model, I don't know why xiaomi used different names for the same product...
@@lukynhasluks I noticed that mijia 3c is the local version for China people and s10 is the global version for other countries. Mijia 3c is only Chinese language and s10 has a lot of languages included.

Personally, I think Mop 2 Pro is better. Mop 2 Pro has a larger 5200 mAH battery and ultrasonic vibrating mop. The only advantage S10 has is the stronger 4000 Pa suction power. The price of both is about the same.
Just got the S10 yesterday The mop 2 Pro is about 15% more expensive here in my location. I this replaced the Mop2 here at most retailers. havent tested the mop 2 but the S10 mops perfectly fine
I am ditched the Samsung Galaxy A series for a Xiaomi yeah fuck no to cheap quality made Smartphones Xiaomi is pretty amazing even in 2023 I like how they still offer 4G Smartphones and aren't forcing 5G down people's throat that shows they care about their customer's needs.
