If you workout HARD for 2 hours a day you can eat anything and any amount and still look good as hell, smoking hot and living to be old. Good luck fatties!
This woman was not a fat positivity activist. She lost a lot of weight at one point, 100-150lb I believe. She was sadly addicted but never promoted obesity, warning others against it often. She left a husband and young son. Dont be cruel about her, there are others who deserve our ire more.
My apologies for the improper information, that is an error on my part, but I still believe there are fat positivity creators out there that shouldn’t be in curating copious amounts of eating. I do want to say I don’t have any hate for that women infact far from it, my prayers go out to her family.
Lack of macro and micronutrients . The brain sends messages to eat until the body’s needs of PROPER NUTRIENTS are met . Try it . Eat only foods that are as natural as possible and in large diversities .

No one outside of social media is promoting fat positivity. I see more people hating on it than promoting it. The same people hating on fat positivity are the same ones hating when the government tries to hold junk food and soda companies accountable for blasting their products to the American public.
These people need compassion and therapy. It's a type of self harm, more visible than most scars. It's a scream for help and as detrimental as drug abuse. I hope you have found peace. Rest well.
Oof no one like self shame and insecurities. Become a whole person within yourself and learn to love that person. Not in a narcissistic way. In an "I'm okay with who I am" kind of way.
