The main problem is that the mixer on the third floor doesent go fast enough so every ore has to wait like 1/4 of a sec to get mixed, but that 1/4 is enough time for them to start stacking
Ah- yes the robot is not always ready, the demonstration in this video also ran out of robot for some time (the result displayed in the video already include that factor)
