This is a great startup house yeah I really like this one and the reason being it had a long swimming pool yes and you see I have no children and I like walking along the beaches I might have my little dog but that's about it 🙏💟💟🌄💯💓💓💌
@@incarswetrust I surfed here last time less than a week ago its not private beach... The people that live/vaycay in these homes are mostly chill af and usually ask about the surf. The road and neighborhood is private not the beach
it makes me cringe that there no barrier from the beach which is not private to the house. Its like anyone can just walk on your terrance and even try to go inside your home.
Hi, to the group, I live in California all my life and I don't want to live down there when the fault is sinking all the way up to San Francisco and it's in a drought right now why would you want to live somewhere where it has forest fires pollution I'm sorry I live on the west coast away from Seattle and the boonie side of things and it's nice up here in the mountains but I will never live there in California again it's going to sink in the ocean and don't ask me to go to Georgia or Florida they're going to flood out and I don't want to live in South Carolina you're sick in the head and I know I don't want to live in New York City where you freeze to death thanks I'll just stay where I'm at up here on the West coast where I'm safe above San Francisco 🏡🌍🌎🌏💌💐🌹🌹🕊️🕊️🦅🦅✨👋✨💞💞💞💞💞💞

bbwin1 yes but it looks stupid. Here in Germany lands costs also but you have to stay 10feet from neighbors border away. And the neighbour too. I mean malibu has a lot of land. And in Malibu when you sit on the balcony you sit direct with the neighbour together.

there it is not done by private persons but by firms that buy a piece of property, and of course they will make as many houses as they can on that property. 10,15,20 million for an additional house is not a small amount of money
@longbinh71 He and Ali McGraw were in Lucien Ballard's house. We'll known Hollywood Cameraman & Director. We never called the Point, Victoria growing up surfing that point; but Ballard's Point. Lucien's house was the very last home. There were no other homes going north to the point.
