Thanks for sharing.. I booked this cruise ship for this Oct ant the itinerary is great and it's 9 nights. I know the ship is older, (1997) but my researched showed that it was refurbished in 2020. this video has given me the peace of mind it will be a good trip.

I just got back from this boat, everything was great, the only thing that is terrible is that the elevators are always full and they stop at all floors.
Been on eight cruises on seven different lines, the last being on the Regal Princess out of Galveston. We liked it so much that we booked the 13 night relocation from Galveston to Fort Lauderdale on the Regal Princess and the 29 day Transpacific from Seattle to Singapore on the Discovery Princess. Even though I am 65, I like the younger vibe on Princess. Unlike on HAL, I do not have to listen to "When I was cruising 40 years ago..." I think that the entertainment is better than HAL and the food is quite excellent (especially the buffet) other than the steaks in the MDR which are never tender. Good video. By the way, what lines have you sailed on??
makes sense to have 2 ships on their island maybe a day apart as they are a for-profit company lol. thats a lot of money to build an island and area. whooo wee!!
Yes I was just on the Seashore in July and had a wonderful time. I went on the ship with low expectations but was pleasantly impressed with the ship, food and service.
Oh yes. Loved it. The Lighthouse bar is a great spot, to relax and chill, especially as the sun goes down. There are plenty of seats to order some food and have a beverage.
Yes and thought the value was great.. I wish it was a big secret but with msc already getting rid of the included wifi I'm assuming the msc secret is out
The worst airline ever, the got no problem to delay your flight for no reason just because they are lazy, and very rude customer service, I couldn’t catch up my next flight because of this stupid airline
One of my favorite things about Ocean Cay is that it's not over commercialized like other private islands. I like the peacefulness, it's a perfect beach day. I hope they don't change it too much or start porting 2 ships at a time and ruin a good thing they already have. We're heading back in December and I was looking to find a video of the changes they were talking about when we were there in November.
Didn't your Jr. Suite come with all of the Aurea perks? When I look at the MSC website, to book this suite, it shows this suite comes with all Aurea benefits. Did you not get the benefits because you were upgraded?
Yes. And the old way we were packed like sardines in a room. And then outside, it didn't matter the weather, at night, particularly in San Juan when the ship leaves around 8pm
