Yes but no. Employers no longer want to pay their employees. Majority of these businesses keep their profits high to pay the investors by keeping the employee wages low. It's one of the key reasons why there's barely a middle class left.

In my family you had two choices Construction or Medicine. My mother was in medicine and my father construction. My father had more and better toys. Guess what sand box I decided to play in.
Part of being a great sales person is working for a company that has great operations to take care of the sales you bring in. If not, you are going to be spinning the wheels and you will never see money because the company doesn't know how to keep those clients. So yes, make sure you get paid salary not just commission.

As a TikTok user, I never see dancing videos or super short form content. What you see is what the algorithm picks for you, similar to RU-vid. I see stories, car things, almost everything, except for lulu girls dancing, because it knows I don’t want to watch that. There’s a variety of content, just like RU-vid.
To be fair programming has changed since AI came in to it. People don't actually code from scratch anymore they have the AI do it and people are more error testers and directors. Also they already had a working product. Maintaining a working product is a lot easier then creating it.
