Hi guys, welcome to Cruisy NZ TV! We are Kiwi Filipina couple living in the North Island of New Zealand. My husband has retired and I am a relief teacher at a primary school. We are both keen gardeners and interested in succulents and houseplants. We started vlogging for fun but now has become a hobby. After my parents' visit three years ago, this has been a way of keeping them updated about our life may it be travel, cooking, gardening, latest plant collection, etc. Some of the videos we've made are reminders of the places they visited when they were here as they have lost all the footage that they took. It also keeps them updated with the succulent gardens that they helped us create. Since Covid lockdown quality of life has become a priority and we place emphasis on things that give us enjoyment as previously we were too busy working and always too tired and not enough time to do things that enrich our lives and make us truly happy. @gpsl2010 Hello! Sorry for late reply. Those three places are quite popular and are very similar apart from Seminyak being more pricey. We like to be close to the beach and not too close to the late night music from night clubs. We stay in Kuta as we have our favourite restaurants that we regularly go to (Dulang, Yulia’s kitchen, Warung Made) plus Maccas and kfc are close by😊

Thank you for your kind words❤ We would love to be there soon but my husband has medical problem and has been advised not to travel for sometime as he could end up in hospital again. My husband always jokes to our Adult kids that when we retire they'll find us in Bali lol... we are very lucky it's cheap for us to travel frm Perth... but so expensive for us to return home to NZ.... we are looking at $1400 each to go home in Feb next year.

There is something about Bali that keeps us coming back😂😊 It is not a perfect place but having good breakfast in the hotel, pools that you can relax by, cheap places to shop, very affordable transport, etc. makes it attractive as cheap holiday destination really. Use reputable money changers and avoid tourism card guys trying to scam you and you’ll have a great time😊 Make sure you get a good room in truntum coz our first room (grand deluxe) wasn’t acceptable as the bathroom/shower was not up to scratch but everything else was good. Have a wonderful holiday and thank you for watching our videos😊❤
By the way, there’s a place called Dulang and the other one is called Yulia’s kitchen in Kuta Square where we often eat, food and prices are reasonably good. Kfc and Maccas are close by too. @FionazNailz37

So true😆 Same din nangyari sa akin sa Thailand. My husband suggested I should wear a tshirt that says Im Filipino.😂😄 It’s all good. I always tell them I’d like to learn their language. I wish.😊
