nature's grotto has a shop for the summoning pouches and shards underground should make it ez pz to level summoning, unless i misunderstood something in the rules
Would the "agility course" that you encounter during the quest Troll Plateau count as a dungeon to do stuff? You can do low level Agility Training there.
Something to add on to Krannon being freed from the curse, Jas said she tied the power draw of the stone to their pain receptors. I think that the Stone, her Egg, was still alive. Stillborn, barely conscious, but alive enough to produce a huge surge of pure/divine anima to power their designs. My guess is that when someone drew power from the stone, they were literally drawing life from an embryotic elder god still inside the Stone, meaning the pain that the Dragonkin felt could have been on par with the agony that Mah suffered from her whole life. Considering we as necromancers have Threads of Fate to weave the pain one opponent feels with another, I feel Jas implemented a permanent version of this among all dragonkin and the soul of her unborn. The reason Xau-Tak's influence freed Krannon from the curse is by altering his soul in a way similar to Vorkath's. Once his soul was altered, it made him immune to the powers of the Elder Gods. The question is if we - by practicing necromancy and weaving shadow anima - can some day reinfuse our soul with shadow anima?
It's funny that Jagex is dealing with a massive inflation problem but they keep adding large money alchables to drop tables that literally only serve the purpose to be alched, like at least let them be disassembled for a chance of something good 😭😂
Love it! I still listen your last one back once a week. Tho, i love her! Wat a great peraon and mod. She almost convinced me to go play rs3 just by her energy
Insanely talented is an understatement! Mod Blkwitch and her team are crucial for bringing RS3 into the next decade, graphically and in general. Everything she's worked on has been just stellar, beautifully designed and high quality.
I'm not a RS3 player but I love the Xau Tak lore and the fact it's coming to osrs. I just dislike what osrs did with underground pass. I feel like extending the lore to make the evil inside relate to Xau Tak instead of Seren would be much more fitting and lore building
Damn I really loved this episode, the talent we have creating for our game is just so insane. We are lucky to have so many mods putting out great content and stories.
Aha! So it IS gnomes all the way down! Besides this mighty revelation, I hope we one day get that corpse ocean Erebus idea in game. It makes for a very good motivator to really underline what we would be protecting Gielinor from. Showing and letting a player feel and experience the price of failure can make for a very exciting and interesting motivator, as it really displays what is at stake. Even space bar warriors would likely be taken aback by just suddenly finding themselves in a Bloodborne-esque complete horror show location. Leng would be fascinating to pay a visit to. Especially because it opens the door to the idea of visiting all the ancient magic affiliated plains and learning a great deal more about their respective magics. And with magic eventually getting boosted along with the other combat skills, does this not sound like an amazing way to pick up new spells? Magic Gielinor has never seen or witnessed before made manifest. Truly ancient, old magic that is so rare and obscure, only the most well traveled beings who have roamed the deepest regions of the cosmos can hope to discover their secrets. Sounds adventurous, sounds Runescapey, and sounds like absolutely amazing amounts of fun with mysteries and intrigue a plenty! Not to mention how traveling outside of Gielinor is dangerous with a very angry Zamorak out there. Imagine going to Leng and seeing all that is there in the frozen world? The gigantic glacors shadow and decimated snow devoured ruins. Only to get our que that it's time to go as Zamorak begins to crash down into the planet's cold, suffocating, freezing atmosphere like a fiery meteor of death with his desire to destroy us as we are outside the Edicts of Guthix? So far, our characters have been limited to using other people's secrets and knowledge by being taught spells. At level 99 magic and beyond, one is a master wizard. So perhaps it would be a fun spin to discover some for ourselves and thus truly make them ours in a sense by delving into the deeper planar realms to unlock and learn the oldest of magics? The student has become the master. Let the creation from the rites of old begin!
Amazing interview as always. However! I have a constant concern that every single graphical overhaul, or area "refresh" may be pretty taxing for the client, and that's one of the reasons we have so many slowdowns, lag, and an overall feeling of "sluggishness", all because of this lack of optimization in the game, and this has been more prevalent on Mobile since the wilderness update. But it's also refreshing to know we have so many talented Jmods working on the game, that's very reassuring and i'm thankful for these interviews :)
