7 remake was so good whole 7 rebirth was so mid. I hope 7 part 3 returns to the greatness of remake. No mini games, no open world, no interruptions just pure final fantasy 7.
The F, they knew so well what they where doing, This voice, the Gi, The promise, they all had it planned for so long and they executed it to perfection!
Turned out to be one of the greatest things in game history!! My god Rebirth is the best FF ever and one of the greatest games ever made. My god what an experience
@@Gigamokin oh boi, now what? Thank god it was a lie. A one on one Remake would add nothing and has no value for the devs. Now it became even better than the OG :D
@@Gigamokin oh you poor boy. You have no idea what the original means to me. Sad when people are so Clouded ( :P ) by nostalgia and so close minded they can't see what really is in front of them. Remake series can't beat the OG purely because OG has the nostalgia factor. But in my 30+ years of gaming i never ever experienced anything as good as this is done. It's mindblowing. The devs had this idea for more than 20 years, they have been cooking on this for decades and executed it perfectly. They are messing with us soooo hard and i friggin love it!! Also, the OG is still in existence, hasn't been altered, removed so why cry so hard? Lol
I’ll always remember the reaction video where the one dude is just sayin “Please don’t be a movie, please don’t be a movie…” and then flips when “Remake” pops up. I hadn’t seen that much energy surrounding am announcement since Twilight Princess. Resident Evil 2 came really close too.
I remember watching this E3 live and not really realizing what was happening (I wasn't even thinking of FF at that moment) but that note... that one string.... Jesus did I get goosebumps.
This was the first and only E3 I managed to watch live. I had lost a lot of faith in SE at the time, and throughout this trailer, I thought it was FFVII-2, with Genesis, AKA: most boring and pointless villain of all time, as the antagonist. Then the word Remake appeared, and I lost my shit. I wish I had recorded my response, but I literally started compulsively talking gibberish, or as I like to put it, "I was talking in Tongue."
It's been almost 10 years since this announcement, and it's still five more days before PART II (rebirth) is getting released. Don't ever say we're not patient LOL
Many won't understand what this meant, and for the lucky ones that did, this was one of the greats in gaming. Many people all ages, specially people that played this as kids and now grown people. For each the original came at different important point in their lives. For me it was a great rememberance of time spent with my brother as we both played our first RPG ever and our minds were simply blown away. So I cannot listen to FF prelude theme without shedding a tear.
I remember just screaming my head off at my TV screen watching this live , just like these folks . My parents couldn't comprehend what was going on at the time when they heard me from half the house away 😂
@@Vagrant7zi think they just dont want to do final fantasy 6 remake if that is what they said. they could do it in parts just like they are doing final fantasy 7 remake, rebirth.i don't believe 20 years to remake final fantasy 6. like i said they could do it in parts and that is the way they should do it if that is the case.
@@supersaiyaman11589 It will still take them a long time. FF7 Remake was announced in 2015 and was in development long before that. I imagine it took so long for part 1 to come into fruition because developerment studios and the game engine were changed halfway through development and it took a while just to figure out the basic concepts of what a remake of FF7 would be like. The whole project won't be concluded until 2027 probably. Now FF6 seems like it would be a way harder game to remake due to there being 14 characters instead of 9, and it's based on a 2D game unlike 7. Not to mention there are two completely different versions of the world map. I would imagine it'd take them another 15-20 years to do that even while splitting the game into parts, but I think if they took the framework from 7R, it could probably speed up development time a bit.
My best friend who was a huge fan of the original FF7 (I am more of an FF9 fan, but I love FF7 too) passed away months before REMAKE released......I beat REMAKE and shall play REBIRTH in his honor and let him watch from the lifestream................
