I know exactly what you are talking about, I’ve been dealing with sciatica for many years, as of November of last year it got really bad, I do pray over my body and believe God is a healer. I’ve also had the shots, creams , pills even a sciatica belt with very little relief. One thing I never tried was the knee compression, thanks for saying that Peggy, I’m going to try that, thankyou for sharing❤🙏🏼

You should watch RU-vidr Mama t speaks, she also has sciatica, she uses organic hemp free castor oil and she is up cooking and getting around because castor oil goes on oily but it absorbs through the skin, it also has helped me a lot dealing with pain to the point where I haven't been taking any pain pills May God bless and heal you 🙏✝️

Ms. Howell I got the same back pain sciatica nerve I no how you feeling it is not a good feeling. Winter time is not good for my back pain the weather changes.
Praying for you to get better. I'm having some pain in my back also. Haven't been diagnosed with the problem yet. Was supposed to have MRI but health insurance wouldn't pay for it. I'm in pain everyday so I know the feeling.
My thoughts are that this problem comes from that Epidural shot in my spine that you get right before having a child is the cause. My disc is slipped right there in the same two areas. L4 and L5.
I am going through the same thing right now for about a year now, I can only lie on one side at night. I can't even walk right because of the pain. Thanks for sharing.

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear about what you are going through with your pain. I can definitely relate. I am 76 and had surgery on my L4,5 in 2001 with pedicle screws. Well, the screws are broken. However, I also will not be having another surgery. I stay in pain and sometimes I'm down for weeks. Thank you for sharing I am going to see if I can find the type of waist support you are showing. Sometimes I can't even get out of bed. I will definitely be praying for you for healing and pain relief. Be blessed
I’m going through the same journey, since 2016 I was diagnosed after having a MRI with Spinal Stenosis in L4 and L5. I was waiting for a back op when covid struck, and it was cancelled in 2020 and again in 2021. The op was not a regular routine one, they are going to take away a piece of my spine were L4/5 is to free those nerves, but I’m on a wait list to have that done at the moment because of the backlog that covid caused. However, I have had a lumbar epidural at the same time as having 4 cortizone injections in my back to help manage the pain. I do get alot of weakness in my legs which is causing me to fall. I’m only 54, but have been treated for arthritis since I was 38.
Going through the same thing Ms Peggy, I’v been in pain management for many years. Have had 3 surgeries for the L4 and L5 areas. My doctor says surgeries will continue to cause continued surgeries to go upward toward the neck. I went the same as you about 5-6 years after each surgery for relief. That sciatic nerve is no joke. I fell on some stairs at work many years ago which is what caused my problem. Many blessings to you Ms Peggy!

Hi Peggy, I have sciatica issue from time to time so I understand. I like cooking too. I brought a nice sturdy stool that I place in my cooking area so I can stay off my feet and that allows me to do my cooking . May GOD get you through these pains.
Yes that pain is terrible I had in 2019 I use ice had shot and muscle relaxer. Gabapentin help me prescribe by medical assistance it really. Am 75 I walk as much as possible. I have pain every day it manageable God bless. I have bracey

Hey Mrs Peggi. Thanks for your testimony. I deal with it too. At age 58 and it is awful. This last episode was just dreadful. It was difficult to walk, bath or just move around. I got that brace but it didn’t help much. I got a back brace out of Walmart and it helped soooo much. It hasn’t completely gone but it’s not a daily pain unless I overdo it. Listen to your body and sit before the pain gets bad . Those nerves have to rest. Pushing thru is NOT the answer for sciatica. You are so right about putting it in the Lord’s care. He is the ultimate healer 🙌🏼 Blessings upon you and the family ❤
