Gabriele is basically lisa simpson, in that one episode were shes only interested in millhouse when he has a girlfriend. And the simpsons did that arc 20 + years ago...
I think the actors for Louis and Lestat are doing an amazing job. I watched 4 episodes. I only read the first two books. But I don't think I will continue the series and read more of the books instead. So I can thank the show for reigniting my love for the books. Reading the first two books again and then the rest of the books feels like a better allocation of my time. At the time I read them there were no e books and I could only read what was available in my native tongue. Nowadays I read anything in any language I speak thanks to e books. I'm just so tired of the same race swap formula over and over again. It's tiresome and not creative at all. In the meanwhile we never get original black characters. They could have created a new show instead.
After watching, I am over Gabriel and Emily’s roller coaster relationship. I feel like they are hurting the other people that fall for them. Rome will be a nice change.
In that she is right, Alexander Skarsgård was perfect for Eric because he was faithful to how Eric is described in the book, Stephen Moyer was amazing as Bill, but I can’t lie that Ian would have been great as Bill as well.
I would love a season where emily has no love interest and focused on herself. If I have to watch a new season that she falls in love with a man from Spain or Portugal. Im done with the show.
Thanks for your informative review, Sarah. I love Slice of Life, coming of age dramedies, especially if they're period pieces. I can't wait to check it out, and the main trio seems fun, though the hyped love story isn't really a big focus.
i read her work when i was in high school for literature and poetry class and honestly i did enjoy the original interview w the vamp and the discovery of witches series of amc, since i love everything fantasy, that said...this one is not my cup of tea. for me there was too much going on, i don't like when the time jumps from past to present, etc...but i said, ok. then the whole lasher thing, which i imagined there was something fishy there i mean come on, a demon. and then her reactions to things being what they are after having her mom pass away; i dont know it just for me this was not it.
@SLTAngst I don't like how it looks and it sometimes just reminds me of something made for children ( I know that's not always the case) It's just a medium I don't feel is right for me
Gives you a ton of information that really tells you nothing? That’s the epitome of the first book. It was so ridiculous. I’m sitting there thinking “why is any of this relevant?” Or “these hundred pages could have been shrunk down to one if she’d just been succinct.” I don’t think Cip and Rowan have chemistry. I think she and Lasher do but it’s possible that’s down to Jack Huston. He has chemistry with nearly everyone lol.
Just here to say i think it's really stupid the way the story has gone after scream 3, they literally brought back billy as a ghost/vision? But it would make more sense for stu to come back and the story to turn back towards him instead of all these new modern kids with lame motives, im a die hard for the original 3 movies but after that i was extremely disappointed
I'm sorry but Emily is kind of a b. She's been very selfish from the first season and apparently still is. I get to FEEL some jealousy about the guy you like having a child with his ex, it's only natural, but you don't need to ACT on this jealousy. Camille is not romantically threatening her relationship and it's also Gabriel's child after all, so if she truly wants to be with him, she needs to be supportive. Wanting for Camille to move to Greece and getting her kicked out of the apartment like that is wild.
I agree. She's never been a likeable character which, as a romantic lead, is a big problem. She screwed over the actually likeable Camille and, honestly, Gabriel can do better. There's nothing to root for and the show never has anything to say. Paris being pretty isn't enough to keep things interesting.
That's cool you are 2 out of the 3 buy I sure would like a gay review of this movie I really hated (I'm a 0 of 3) can't find one on youtube. Just wondering if that really is who this movie is for
The franchise is a bit rocky at the moment but they’re just shooting number Seven and apparently Stu confirmed dead I think but if they do eight then maybe Stu can come back but idk
*spoiler alert* If you are a women reading this, dont cheat on your bf with his best friend. they f'ng in secret for 3 month, and when the bf got upset, she blame his toxic masculinity instead of his mental health.
I have one question, from the trailer, it looks like Stephen purposely becomes a TA in Lucy’s class but tries to tell Diana differently? Did he do that to reel Lucy back in or is it not as it seems ?
