Where does the seat belt attach to the chair?. When we unboxed the seat belt was not attached and no instructions as to where to attach it please help .
Can you bring that to the plane for travel? Is the battery TSA approved? I just bought one last December and I would like to know if I can buy a smaller WH of battery. Airlines only allowed 300WH max. Please advise
All terrain … what … pavement and a little well cut dry soil grass ? That’s no different from every chair out there … you didn’t do sand or gravel or soil … don’t pretend it gives us any more accessibility when it doesn’t !!!

Can you explain how to disconnect joystick as there is no joint in the joystick lead.should one push pull adapter to remove joystick to put on safe place while travelling.
We bought this Rubicon scooter from Amazon and all we've had is having trouble with this thing. From day one is never. However we have been trying to get this damn thing folded back up and put it in the box but we can't figure it out because there's no video on how! The only videos that we can find is this one when you fold. This is the WORST SCOOTER. THE VIDEO MAKES IT SOUND SO EASY BUT ISN'T. Now after fighting with a company from Amazon taking it back over 3 weeks we're not going to be able to get it taken back in time for UPS to come pick it up because we can't get the damn thing to fold back up!
Why does Joystick do the opposite direction?. I just got my wheelchair on yesterday and turned it on to go forward and it's go's backwards 😢. Please!! Help.

I need to see an actual video on how to fold out this scooter. He made it look easier than it looks and we struggle to open my mom's scooter. Plus, the scooter wasn't even folded up all of the way in this video. Also, why is the scooter so damn heavy? It definitely isn't lightweight.
