Is easy. Contact activision support. I just did it. All you have to do is confirm some info for them, they'll resend your backup codes, and you can access your account to disable 2FA, under privacy and security on your profile.

100% worked! Thanks so much! I've been searching for a solution for days. Upgraded phone, lost my authenticator app info. I was able to open a ticket and get my codes sent to me. 2 hours, tops, on a weekday afternoon. And yes, it works for everything, even though you have to go to mobile to get to submit a ticket. Doesn't matter what console you are on.
