Hi, I just came across your channel. I just recently bought a scale and I am trying to understand how do use it. I’m in process of losing weight and want to make sure I’m eating right amount of food and I saw your video and it’s so helpful you taught me a lot and I appreciate it. I have been using a food scale to track for years and the first trick blew my mind!! Finally no more dirty dishes trying to measure out a tablespoon of sauce :D
I don’t understand how you Input the measurement on the potato in Myfitnespal . Ex . Servings 539 and then the 1 . How do you know where to put the 539 or the 1
Last year i stoped smoking for 1.5 months. After smoking since i was 15. I was smoking about 5 grams a day by my self of the bong or a joint. Unfortunately I relapsed until 3 days ago I decided to quit again. I’m just not feeling good anymore after i smoke i finally see that its effecting my life and health. Constantly coughing to a point where i fell nauseous. I have absolutely no memory left brain is always foggy. I hope this time i make it out

First off use a spoon or something for crying out loud... Secondly measure in GRAMS its way more accurate... Thirdly no poimt in weighing unless you are inputting in My Fitness Pal and lastly hire a coac to help you tind what Macros work for you along they way according to your goals.
Interesting, watching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!
