Let's clarify one thing here; the Titans didn't defeat the Primordials. Only Ouranos was defeated due to being plotted against by Gaia, another primordial who gave Kronos a magical scythe capable of manipulating time. Most of the primordials turned into elements or concepts of nature and fell asleep (Chaos became space and time, Pontus became the sea, Ouranos became the sky (unable to ever take on a physical form), Gaia became the earth, Tartarus became Tartarus (the darkest most terrifying pit below the underworld), Eros became love itself, Nyx became the night and Hyperion became the day)
If I'm not mistaken Gaia is both a primordial and a titan in the game. I think there are other Titans too that were originally primordials. Since Zeus scales above Gaia it's safe to say he's stronger than the other primordials.

The new God of wars literally stated that Kratos weakens himself on purpose. He is actually way stronger. If Atreus was killed, you would see a Kratos worse than the one from Gow 3, a Kratos without a lease.

I cannot stress this enough. Odin is overrated af! Odin didn't "one-shot" Thor. He tricked an already weak and tired Thor. And he did kill Ymir but the primordial giant was defeated by the combined effort of Odin and his brothers. By contrast, Zeus soloed the Titans with his Blade, is leagues above Hades (whose younger version was able to defeat Cronos at the height of his power), and is scaling above Chaos (whom Ouranos killed in Ascension Intro). Zeus is also capable of advanced magic. I may even say that Zeus can beat Odin easily. It will take a combination of Thor and Odin for the Norse gods to stand a chance. In simplest possible words, Zeus is VERY capable of trickery. The reason he doesn't (and Odin does) is because of his superior power. I bet Odin is even weaker than Surtr, Jormungandr and Garm. If he wasn't, he would have killed them. Because that's who he is.

Kratos was not holding back. Ragnarok makes clear that if Kratos fought and acted the way he did in Greece, he would've died, likely to Thor but Odin is more powerful than Thor. Kratos becoming "better" does not mean he was holding back. Tyr, also below Odin, was fighting an even stronger Kratos and making him a much more skilled fighter during their sessions yet could contend with this even more skilled Kratos and their battles always end with him catching his punch in Spartan Rage. The same Tyr was casually locked away by Odin. Statements from within the games consistently place Thor, Tyr and obviously Odin as more powerful than Kratos' previous enemies, obviously including Zeus. The novel also has implications Baldur may be stronger. I think those are superior to Twitter statements as sources. Freya is stated equal to Kratos and he himself admit that their fight could go either way. An underestimated aspect is that Kratos grows much stronger over time. The Greek games show this, even Deimos while chained up by Thanatos grew powerful enough to at least hurt Kratos and he wasn't a god. Zeus also grew stronger between games 1-3 and Kratos is explained many times to be no different. I think whatever stat boosts you give to his weapons would be vastly inferior to his progression in power of over 150 years of training and self control by the Norse games, especially by Ragnarok where it's stated Kratos and Atreus have trained nonstop for 3 years. Fear Zeus also isn't like Super Saiyan, it's a corruption from Pandora's box, so in order to use it you'd have to spawn in Zeus after the box corruption but before Kratos kicks the shit out of him. Lots of the feats you’ve included are unimportant, and the rest is obviously not going to work on higher tier gods, let alone a god with as high a status as Zeus. I do not believe so. When Kratos opened Pandora's Box in GoW 1, it released the Evils which infected the Greek Pantheon. To my knowledge, Odin had nothing to with the Greek Pantheons change.
Zeus is probably more rawly stronger, but Odin would win a fight due to the amount of BS magic he has. I mean, he had Kratos dead to rights in that final battle with his spell that immobilised him and Atreus and needed Freya to save them and that Kratos is FAAAR stronger than the one who beat Zeus.
