you should do more than just reading the webpage with specifications. how about actually mentioning that if you want to fully integrate the cables, this frame actually makes it possible by just buying the Stem from BMC that costs 200 Dolars. but no, all we get here is reading the specs on a website. i dont know how you even get followers
the crankset area for BMC has bad reputation, no premium brands should charge this much for not the best quality. Colnago from the other side is a premium brand that also produce premium. people themselves check the bikes and correct small details before selling.
Le pédalier est en press fit et que des soucis donc quel dommage car avec le temps le plastique (carbone) va s'étirer et le roulement se défait de son emplacement d'ou des craquements etc etc
I had the Crux DSW on my shortlist when I saw an offer for a Crux Comp. I bought the Crux Comp for 2500 EUR. Always look for end of season deals (now!)
Hi Mr Cyclinginsider great review. I’ve been watching your videos for years! I can’t understand why you don’t have many many more subscribers? 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻 I also think they should’ve offered an alternative colour? Maybe the baby blue? Was it done to keep costs down? Regards the rotor sizes, why do you disapprove of 140mm rotor on the rear? I agree with you about the front, 160mm is a definite, but regards the rear I’ve found even with the worst rim brakes in the wet, the rear wheel is easy to lock up. So why do you think they need a 160mm rear rotor? Surely that would be over kill? I’m very interested to hear your thoughts? 🤔The only thing I can think of is maybe better modulation?? 🙏🏻😎👍🏻 Again great video, keep em coming. Blessings from England.👏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻😎👍🏻
@@CyclingInsider so it’s heat dissipation! 👍🏻I live in England our biggest mountain is only 1300m, I think a 140mm rear disc would be fine here. But if you live in a mountainous area like the French Alps or the Italian Dolomites there’s a real chance of that happening, so I see where you’re coming from. 👍🏻
I would rather like to know, how the canyon ultimate pairs against cube's attain and against the litening version. Might there be a chance for an episode?
I agree a true endurance bike would have a higher stack figures. In my case I expect a stack of approximately 560mm for a 540mm top tube length. This bike is about 20mm too low for me. However it's definitely not as radical as true aero or race bikes which usualy have a stack lower than the top tube length.
Saw on the Canyon website, on the saddle info that the maximum rider weight should be 100kg. Is this something that can vary if the saddle is reolaced with another one? I am 120kg and i would consider this as my next xc mtb.
These 2025 Cube bikes are absolutely the best value bikes on the market. For any given spec there is nothing that can touch them. Not even close. Even canyon.
But what about the quality? The customer service? I think they have a very short warranty period. Less the Canyon and even less than the big ones like Giant etc.
@@Larkeshet here in Ireland at least they are sold through very reputable dealers so I have no concerns on that front. At this price though, you have a large insurance fund if something goes wrong. I mean, look at trek, specialised etc etc. ultegra level bikes sell for what? Double the price of this Cube?
Don’t really understand why you would compare an endurance bike to an all racing aero bike like the Canyon AEROAD. The Cube Litening might be better to compare with the AEROAD.
The agree isn’t a pure endurance bike. It definitely isn’t as aero as the aeroad, but in geometry, its definitely a racy bike, it’s very similar to the tarmac sl8. Also with the new generation of aeroad, they have become more and more relaxed in geometry. So for a consumer, this will be a very relevant comparison.
@@Rigo_S I think the best value is Scultura Endurance 6000 with Shimano Di2 electronic groupset (£3,300 retail) www.merida-bikes.com/en-gb/bike/4868/scultura-endurance-6000
Good Information! Which size would you recommend for me, 1,78m 85cm leg inseam, so my legs 1cm longer/my torso 1cm shorter than average. I think 56 would need a shorter stem, or 53 maybe a huge sattle to bar drop.
yea thats a hard one... i am 175 and standard leg and arm length... for me its an easy 53 pick... in your case prob 56 with as you sad a shorter stem. Best case scenario -> test drive
@@juliusr3643 It´s interesting because while i am 4cm taller (174/178) my legs are 6cm longer (79/85) which means my torso is 2cm shorter than yours. In the combination shorter torso and longer reach of the 56 it could be an issue. But on the other of course i can swap the stem from 100 to 80mm on the 56. I think i have to test both in the shop. Of course this "testing" is only sitting on the standard configuration with all spacers in and in best case sattle height adjust for me. And than rolling around in the shop or in front of it a couple meters.
@@mvhan911 hey, i decided to go for the 53, im 174/175, inseam 82. For me the 56 just had too much reach. A shorter stem woould have fixed that, but i wanted the more sportive bike so i chose the small 53. For you i would probably go with 56 or you would be at almost the maximum of what your saddle can get up to - so even more sattle to bar drop. I gues you will feel to compact on the 53 but maybe you like it, so- try it!
Thank you for this well structured comparison. Would you say that 30mm rim clearance on the cube agree is enough? The Colorway of the Agree Pro is just so awesome…
